Red Lucy 0.9
This is a beautifully crafted avn. Renders are both incredibly gorgeous and sexy. The creators have a real knack for expressing a lot visually. The acoustic guitar music is simply a treat and really enhances the feeling of the different scenes. I couldn't stop listening to the covers after playing.
The writing doesn't get in the way of itself and keeps things simple but effective in building the story. The actual plot isn't overly complicated but contains enough mystery to keep me really wanting to know more about what's going on with all these characters and their history. The pacing kept me enthralled the entire time and things tended to escalate quickly when it came to getting involved with the LIs.
A lot of the animation pales in comparison to the level of artistry put into the other aspects of this avn which can be a little disappointing but is still good enough that it doesn't detract from the experience.
The choices thus far are pretty basic ones that influence how much the LIs are into you (ie. which scenes/dialogue you see). It's nothing too deep yet and that's fine with me. Some choices are phrased too similarly to really show why there would be a difference and they can be a bit unintuitive at times but I generally didn't have a problem (at least no more so than 99% of other avns I've played).
The one big issue (as many others have mentioned) seems to be that there's just not enough of the game done yet and development is incredibly slow. I truly hope this game does eventually get to be finished but I wouldn't be expecting that to happen for quite a while (even if it never does get finished I'll still be glad that I got to play what I did).
In the meantime, I highly recommend anyone looking for a short but very enjoyable avn experience give this a try and decide how they feel about it themselves.
