I don't know how I had missed seeing this one come up earlier, but I've just played through and it's quite good.
As well as everything in general, I like what seem to be many hints, or clues, about revelations ahead in the upcoming story.
Looking forward to more updates.

I think the introduction of the characters should be a bit better to provide the player with some context. I know the dev is trying to create suspense about the characters, but overdoes a bit. We don't know why they behave the weird way they do so we can't understand and relate with them. For example, why the aunt is so cool with MC and her sister fooling around? Nobody thinks that way. Why is she so eager to fool around with him herself, so easily? What kind of woman is she, and why? Why MC and her sister sleep in the same bed? Why is that family so cool and casual with the idea of incest? Is not a taboo for them? Why? I really like this game (the aesthetic part is amazing. Probably the most realistic looking renders of females that I have ever seen in a game, and amazing music too), but those characters, right now, remind me the ones of the movie "Deliverance", only they are good looking and glamourous instead of incestuous rednecks of the Rocky Mountains.

You kind of answered your own question, he's creating a story with mystery. Telling us more from the start would be like starting to read a book from the end.
I love how we don't know much yet though we have been getting some indications on what's going on.

Legitimate remark, I'm gonna try to answer it without spoilers.
I thought for a very long while before doing this and came to the conclusion that, at the core of it, it's just incest porn fantasy. There is a story and a past surrounding these characters that I barely touched yet, but I won't pretend or try to be Tolkien or Maupassant. No one should.
Now I did take BIG shortcuts in relationship building, that's true. Mainly because I don't intend to drag this on for years and years, burn myself out, develop severe brain trauma and start saying shit like "Pirates is what killing this industry!!
" and in the end, never finish.I'm building a VN with a story that is simple, but it's shut. tight.
No unnecessary drama, blocks of nonsense texts over uninspired renders that 50% of players are just gonna ctrl-skip through anyway and no easy mistakes.
