Whatever it is, it's a no for me. I'm not the target audience. I can't count it as an adult/sex game. Just mindless gore from an MC that goes psycho in a day and contains little fap-worthy material.

Yeah, that's about the only thing I really didn't like in this game: The MC went from totally against doing it, to having no problems with it after his first drug dose wore off. I understand that he goes mental when he uses it, if the drugs are that effective, but imo the moment it wore off for the first time he should have an issue with it again (at least for a time).
Yeah going apeshit like that is it's main plot weakness. I want to be either a hero or a maniac but since the dev already gave us the option earlier on, why deny them later? I'm not buying that a guy that risked saving his sister, the other gal and the women there is bad guy. Fingering your mom and pulling the trigger are miles apart.
dont overthink the story to much. just enjoy it
I don't think I overthink it, I just want some degree of plausibility to enjoy it. This is severely incoherent for my tastes and almost no fap-worthy material.

I think there are generally two kinds of people who enjoy this type of content. The first are those with a fetish, and the second are those with serious, unhealthy anger issues. Since creators usually put a lot of thought and emotion into their work, I genuinely hope the developer of this game falls into the first group.
