Overview:
Being sent to St. Agnes Reform School really sucks. To make matters worse, your worst bully awaits you there, ready to torment you. Wait, why does he have a hard-on?

Reform School is a twisted exploration of power dynamics. Will you confront your bullies head-on, abusing them in search of revenge as you ascend the social hierarchy? Or will you embrace your role as a submissive and surrender completely, accepting your place beneath stronger-willed men?

Prepare yourself for a degradation-fueled kinky gay game (MM only). It's a journey filled with name-calling, humiliation, cruelty, and intense psychological and physical abuse. If you're yearning for lovey-dovey relationships or a vanilla experience, this story is not for you.

There are no images beyond the avatars. The game is completely powered by my wordy writing and your imagination.

Using Windows Edge browser at least, the online version doesn't appear to provide a scroll function so you have to continually adjust zoom to play the game.

that's not too bad as a start, it's very oriented towards the dominance axis of behaviour (curious to see if future work will also develop the romance axis) but pretty fun for the little content there is. The game would greatly benefit if one or two stills or gifs accompanied the sexual scenes

Scrolling thing is fixed.

You'll be able to develop relationships with characters. Stats are tracked and it will affect future scenes.
It's not really romantic though. Some characters might have a quasi-boyfriend relationship with MC later on, but it's not a boyfriend based kind of story, considering the (very homophobic) place you're in.

I considered adding porn images but went against it since I'm very descriptive and long winded already. It's not really the style I'm going for, but I might rethink it in the future.

The art is just for avatars, though. If I were able to churn out some decent 3D art, I might have made something similar to Hornstown, with a better illustrative image for each character.
Those are literal screenshots from the sims, changed on Photoshop to match my vision.

Honestly i have my doubt when i first started the game but then surprised in delighful way at how smooth the scene transition was. Like it's not something that a kid would write randomly, like there's actually a reason of why the explicit scene happen, each character actually have their own personality(althought not really that deep but i am sure it will progress afterall this is only first release) and then the game actually give us the option whether we want to submit or not which is my favourite.
I will be looking forward for this game progress

edit: oh one more thing, i am not really trying to dictate your writing style and how your character suppose to be but i really wish you would not disregard the character initial personality as the story progress. Like for example Marky arrogance and dominant nature, Tyler cold and scary persona. I see a lot of game like this where the character soften up too much to the point i no longer feel their initial attractiveness. I mean there's nothing wrong with being sweet, but a wolf can't turn into a lamb.

And additional tips, maybe trying using mod on your sims game like the andrew pose player for cg/artwork that depict tame scene/kiss scene and wickedwhims for the sex scene. I am sure that would improve your game a lot

It makes me really happy to see people are into it. I've been working on this on and off (mostly off) since last year and it's always slightly terrifying to put it out there for the judgment of others.

No character is getting a personality make over. Some might be softened, others broken, but most of them are bullying, aggressive, blackmailing assholes and that's what the story is about.

TLDR; sub route means being slapped around till the end of time.

You get more leeway in the beginning with the dom/sub thing, but as things develop, not really. It wouldn't make sense for MC to be a switch bully. If he's joining the dark side, he's joining the dark side.
You can always keep two saves though.
