Hi guys, sorry to ask this. But, do we need an iPatch upgrade? I try to use also search, but i just dont understand if the iPatch, is universal, or if we need an update. I've paused the game for a few updates now, but I still don't understand if we need an update or not.
Thank you

Lucine: "If people would just follow what they feel instead of thinking too hard, the world would be much less complicated."
I very much disagree with this lmao. If people follow their feelings without thinking about consequences, then the world would be much MORE complicated, since people tend to covet things they shouldn't. And if they act upon it instead of restraining themselves... well, you can imagine the rest xD

Damn, i have a story very similiar to this one, but you executed it much better than me. I loved the story, the simple, but fluid, gameplay and the art, man, the art is so cool with many variations. Loved the game. Kudos! Keep the good work, dev.

If you want rly good story - play Elvensang, and this one on level of Randel Tales or Knightly Passions.

Randel i had played already, it's truly a great game.
Elvensang i don't liked the narrative, with dialogue and narrative text in the same box. It works on books, in games it don't worked for me.
Knightly is not for my taste too.

Yet, all those games are very well done. Thanks for the suggestions.

If you like Randel more - you can try Angel Under, Goodbye Eternity, School of Lust.

so, why is it tagget incest if there is non?
as of v0.17 the only possible target may have been eryn, but as far as i understood from the story, her mother just adopted MC so there is no real blood relation between them

I've installed the uncensored patch but it doesn't seem to work. Clicking the option to turn off censorship in the menu doesn't do anything either. What am I missing?

If you're talking about the cow shaped censor bars over the nudity to make it safe-ish to upload gameplay to sites that don't allow nudity like YouTube there's an option under Video Settings called Censored Mode that needs to be set to disabled, although it should be disabled by default. If you still have those censor bars and that's set to off, it could be an issue with using an old save file. Try toggling the option back and forth a couple of times if you haven't already.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried doing that, I've deleted the saves from the folder as well as the saves from appdata/roamin/renpy folder. Clicking the arrows on the Censored Mode menu option doesn't work at all for me. The arrows light up when moused over but clicking either the left or right arrow will toggle it to disabled.

I'm not sure what could cause this.

Does the game have administrator rights (or what's it called) to modify C disk folders and files? If game shows disabled but doesn't actually save the change, it should be some issue with not being allowed to change files

I'm assuming you've already tried this because you said pressing left or right arrow keys, but I have to bring it up just in case. The left arrow disables the option and the right arrow enables it. Clicking the right arrow with the option set to enabled would give you the behavior you're describing because it's at the end of the list and there's nothing left to advance through. Also if you're in windowed mode and had a browser active or something, the first click back to the game window doesn't register and only makes the game your active window. I always click twice after changing what window is active to make the input register.

What OS and game version are you on? Also is there anything weird about the version like it being a condensed version that someone else uploaded or a download from another site?

Also which scene specifically has censor bars, and are there any scenes you've seen that don't?

I tried admin just to be sure, no such luck unfortunately.

I double checked to ensure that the game window was the focus. I've also tried both arrows before posting here wondering what was going on. I'm using Windows 11 with Game Version 0.17a, the game client I downloaded from this website. I have tried with and without the uncensor patch that is offered in the first post. The 4th scene with Lena is uncensored, while the sexual scenes with Lucine, Raisa and Eryn remain censored as example. I've tried the scenes without the censorship removal patch and the above-mentioned conditions remain the same. Thanks again for trying to help me troubleshoot what the cause might be.

The Lena scene just doesn't have a censor bar yet so it sounds like the option is otherwise working fine and just stuck on for some reason. There was one other person a few weeks ago who was asking how to turn off the censor bars but I'm not sure if he was having the same issue or just turned it on and was having trouble turning it back off with English menus. Best I can think of would be to try to redownload the file from a different link in case something was corrupted or maybe it's some weirdness with an rpyc file.

A workaround could be to activate the renpy console and change the value of the variable 'persistent.option_censor_number' from '1' to '0' since that's what the arrow key is supposed to do. To do that go open game/renpy/common/00console.rpy with a text editor and change 'config.console' to 'True'. Afterward, in game you can hit shift+O to open the console. Enter 'persistent.option_censor_number = 0' and hit escape.

In a future update I'm changing the code for those arrows to something less smooth brained so if it is some kind of a bug with how they work it should fix it.

A fresh installation of the game fixed it. I think I figured out what was causing the mishap. I installed the universal gallery unlocker and that seems to cause the censorship option to lock into the "on" setting. Thanks again for trying to help me troubleshoot the problem.
