I haven’t extracted the files separately to play them,
but when I played the video files directly within the game folder, no errors occurred.
I suspect that the issue may have happened during the extraction process.
The video files included in the distributed game are compressed and encoded using a different codec.
Ok, I'll have to try redownloading the archive then. I've just tried viewing the files through

, and most of the videos play fine in there; the ones that don't seem to work are Samantha 2.mp4 and onwards (by don't work, I mean the video doesn't show on any video files from Samantha folder, file 2.mp4 through to 31.mp4 including the entirety of the Sophia folder 1.mp4 through to 34.mp4
What I did was drag the archive into the window from the unzipped game folder, and when checking every video individually this way, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.mp4 in the Samantha folder all had audio but not video, every other file in that folder and every single .mp4 file in Sophia's folder showed me this image
Again, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I wanted to mention it, just in case you wish to copy my test for yourself to see if you get different results. At any rate, thank you for reading my message and responding
****Final Edit****
I attempted another extraction of the files, both partial and full. The partial extraction displayed corrupted video files that would not play, but the full extraction seems to work perfectly, odd, but at least it seems my issue has been resolved
