Is this a sequel to their previous game, which judging by the reviews was incomplete?

If you do not like other GYU games, then you will also not like this one since its more of the same. Personally I think all of the devs games are shit but clearly he has an audience considering it won my poll.

I mean, the art is quite unique and it gets better with every game. I think art is the biggest contributor to the poll results as I doubt most voters even check the game's description.
