Which version exactly? Win, Android, Mac? Most likely there went something wrong while unzipping/downloading and re-download could fix it

After you brought Harald his hammer he gives you the key to his chest. There you get "Drawing of the Nun".
Sorry, looks like I skipped a number and pin up 3 is not there. I will add it somewhere in the village.
Pin up 4b part 1 can by found next to the stairs at the orgy hall, but only in the quest BEFORE the quest were you find part 2.
That's also a little unlucky, since people usually use old saves. I will place it somewhere else.

There is one inquisition quest, where MC gets a bigger and bigger belly. However, I struggle a little bit with understanding preg content. How would you imagine it? Do you mean simply more scenes with a preg belly, or something else?
re preg content: many people mean a pregnancy mechanic, or at least a decent amount of opertunities for preg stories (and belly) to occur.

well it obviously varies from person to person what they enjoy, but I personally like the implication and risk of consequences to the situations the MC finds themselves in. gives "normal" sex more of an additional tingle

That isn't the only preg fetish type. I know plenty of people who are into the belly primarily. Even some who don't like sex in their preg fetish games.
