If talking about the 0.06.7 version, it mostly deals with the Kuro pet and the village. Dunno how to get them either, I'm realizing now it got an update matter of fact XD

You need to press the action button on a pumpkin that is near the bar in Rena Village, then you go to sleep on the bed where Rena from flesh zone lies. you get 3 scenes from it, for the fourth scene you interact with Moma Rena and invite her to the village.

Where's the pumpkin actually at? I had to make a brand new save and used the skip but no pumpkin is showing up in the village

Huh, must be glitched unless you play the game normally because I click it and it doesn't do anything. Strange.

Here, uh if you have no save file 3 make a save on the 3'rd slot and then overwrite your save with this one and then it'll show up. (i think this is everything)

I'm glad I checked the full save after a while. None of these scenes are for me kink wise.

Can someone please make a save right after black slimes but before jungle, so i could start with new content without spoiling anything? Kinda removed my game with all saves, and even though i enjoy content black tar section combat is too tedious for me.
