Good afternoon, I was trying to translate A Father's Sins and I noticed in the dialogs that several sentences had been extracted and translated, but they were appearing in English in the game ;-;

Try to modify the original script, surround the text with __(), such as d __("{i}It must have been some kind of crank call.{/i}")
I'm back, I used the one-key translate function and it translated most of the parts that were bugged, now it's just not translating the parts with "<>".

You can see that the passages with "{i}" have been translated

The contents between < and > would be recognized as special symbols like "Hello, <b>World</b>!", apparently the contents between < and > : b and /b should not be translated
Maybe I should add an option to determine whether to replace special symbols?

It could be good for these more specific cases.

Hello, I've noticed something with the tool, it has difficulty or doesn't translate the menus, sometimes the tool has translated the word, but in the game it continues to appear in the game in the original language of the game.

This has already happened with other games, I took this case now to use as an example.

And this happens other times in other parts, outside the "menu"

Try
I go to "Advanced options" select "extract translation" and then enter the language I want and with the option "replace special symbols" I click to translate, but even so the strings inside the "< >" are left without translation, no I know if I'm using it wrong.

Hi, I was trying to translate a game here, and I saw that it extracted and translated text, but it appears in the game in English, this has happened several times in other games, especially in choice menus during a game.

(I couldn't take a screenshot of the text without translation, as the game forces the full screen to appear and causes a bug when taking a screenshot of the screen)

This format of text with variables seems not to be friendly to translation
Try to surround the text with __() in the original script, in your case , it's __("The Commander")
