Trey already admitted that he knows this conversation happened in the dungeon when they split up if you go togher with trey they had this conversation.

I went with Vampire seeing if it would give some clue as to who she is.
The hint I got with Trey was in the castle earlier on when someone pointed out the new king should have been selfish and self centered and Trey covered a bit quickly and put a stop to any more questioning.

I actually save before separating and went with everyone just to see the conversation.
When you think about it, the previous king must have been utter shit. I mean, you go to the castle and the first thing you find out is how terrible the state of the army, economy, and the politics are. So when you take over and 'sort shit out' (as one of my favorite YouTubers is fond of saying), is it any wonder people are willing to look the other way?
Why the heck didn't I think to do that? I always go with Kayelinth because she's adorable. I really should do as you did.

Go to the spire of courage. After you meet and romance the tiger catgirl, you'll wind up at the lowest level, where you get the spores.

Gold is very easy to come by. Set up your country management however you like by talking to one of the guys in the throne room, and then walk around the map for a while. Your kingdom will collect taxes, which you can retrieve by talking to the same guy. Even with your expenses maxed out, and taxes at their lowest level, you'll make a ton of money.
Resources you can acquire a similar way, on the country map. It's been a while for me, but IIRC, you need to do some exploring to get your initial wood/stone/iron, but you can start buying and upgrading the resource producing buildings (woodcutters for wood, mines for stone/iron, farms for wheat/pigs/horses, etc). You will collect resources every turn, allowing you to buy more upgrades and recruit troops to fight the battles on the country map.
Note: there may be times when you are time limited in reacting to a battle on the map, and going over that time limit could cause Bad Things(tm) to happen.

Probably. People these days when it comes to porn don't want to grind, over and over, in a RPG game just to obtain some h-scenes. I mean, the same could be even for Roundscape Adorevia, but that's another matter since it got famous pretty quickly - though I don't know why exactly. I bet that Renryuu it's even more stable than Roundscape, which still have the "Loading" time problem and the fact that is so slow even when in game. Maybe because have other games in store?

RPG's always take a while to build up.
RPGM itself has a bad reputation due to a lot of devs using it for VN's that end up as walking simulators with very little gameplay.
Takes a lot of word of mouth to get them built up.
There are several good RPG's but only a couple of them have a large player base and that's mainly due to the devs being well established.
Roundscape Adorevia has devs that have been around a while, Last Sovereign has a dev that has made several games and worked with a few others as well as getting games on Steam and Legend of Queen Opala is a series that's been popular for a few years now.
Now we have this one, Daughter of Essence and Fractured World that are all great games but need to build up.
How in the world do you beat Grey in Thremton? I'm around level 10-11 with Nice-tier gear and he kicks my ass.

There is no special tactic for that fight. Maybe you just need to come back later when your level is higher. There are also skills Ryen learns during events, for example a healing spell he learns at the south dungeon.
