No, currently not. But I plan to make some changes to the event later, to allow for a "good" path with Irinlia. Maybe I'll change the max hp loss for the event during the changes.

No, but same as every character with a good and bad path it'll eventually be possible on both routes.

May I ask why the dialog and menu interface are have somewhat became blank or random pics and words overlap with UI whenever I open the menu or talking to the NPCs. Its been like this since I download the latest version (v 19.09.20). Is there any fix about this bug? If there is, please help me about this matter. Thanks in advance.

Bugs like this are unlikely to be anything specific to this game, most likely is that you have a corrupted file somewhere, redownload the game and try again (you can transfer your saves over by copying the www/saves directory from the old instance to the new one). If that doesn't work, it is possible that you have corrupted drivers or system files on your PC, or that you have some hardware plugged in that RPGMaker doesn't like (XBox controllers have been known to cause problems with RPGMaker, though not like this to my knowledge). Try unplugging USB devices to see if the game works when something is removed. You could try reinstalling graphics drivers too, but I don't expect that to fix the problem if you're not experiencing problems outside RPGMaker.

If all that fails, you can try running the game in a virtual machine (search this thread, there's a conversation a few pages back where I went through how to do this with another user).

You can see which girls can get pregnant at the CG room screen. Most don't have two path or can get pregnant on both, so it should be only one or two girls that are marked as impregnable but can't get pregnant on a certain path.

If your save is not visible after moving your save files from an old to a new version then you're probably missing the "global" file from the save folder. It's the file that's responsible for the preview on the loading screen and thus you can't see your saves without it.
Alternatively you can move your saves out of the save folder, run the game and save in that save slot, and then overwrite the new save file with your old save. The preview will be incorrect at first but loading should give you your old progress and when you save over the save slot again it'll correct the preview with your party and playtime.

Something in your game files is corrupted. Delete the game and download it again. Start a new game, save it, then try to reload it. If that works, copy just the www/save directory from your old version to the new version. Try loading a game again. If that doesn't work, it is possible that your save files are corrupted. Post one here and I can check it out.

Honest answer? I have no idea. There is still years of work in front of me. The time skip will be a massive amount of work (partly due to the many children you'll have and all events that happen "in between"), the war system and battles needs a lot of changes and fixes, dozens of girls still need their CG scenes, and I keep adding more to the list rather than cutting down because I'm a greedy fool. ^_^
My best guess would be maybe around 60-70% is done seeing how the locations on the worldmap are mostly done by now and the main story is at the time skip point. But it's a very vague number that doesn't really mean anything, so don't put too much worth into it. XD

Changes:
- The first raid is now available at the Spire of Courage challenge floor. It'll introduce a few new enemies and features, and offers a lot of great items as reward if you can finish it. It's "endgame content" that you can do before the time skip, so the battle is supposed to be very hard but gives you the best items you can currently find in the game.

- New events with Shanna and Naomi. It starts when you walk into the Newkungu casino after having the events with Shanna training people at Pumumu and when you had the scene with Mira and Mirel at the hot spring. The event will bring you to a new map that's available now: The Seaside Tower in Dorgania. It has strong enemies that give a lot of experience and gold. After the events there talk with Shanna at Kagabangui to continue the quest.

- I increased the experience gained from most quests significantly and made a few changes to existing monsters.

- A new event with Aleah on her good path which starts at the sleeping chambers. Requires that you had her maid blowjob scene by talking to headmaid Ryia, that Mira is in your party, and that you're at the point of getting into Dorgania in the main story line.

- New event with the half-dragon girl Libelle (bottom left at the sleeping chambers when you already have her). By selecting "talk" again in her choices you get the new event after the previous events about going to the blacksmith are done.

25 is the minimum character level for Chiyo to take the test. You have to go through her personal quests/story events one by one; you will eventually get the gold license test quest. As I recall, all of her personal quests and story events are started by talking to her in her room in your castle. If you don't get any quests from talking with her, then there is some other trigger you are missing. I'm pretty sure that you have to have advanced her personal story to the titfuck scene before she will give you the gold license test quest.

- Sia is inside the igloo in the top right corner of the worldmap.
- After getting far enough in the main story you can find an event at the center of Ebron with a dialog between a male and a female elf, which leads to the scene with the three elves.
- Raids are in the Challenge floor of the Spire. You need to finish the other floors first and then check the Aldlyn city board in front of the castle to see a note about it and be able to enter that floor.

Oh, no Ryen does not get to take the test himself, only Chiyo takes the magic license tests.
