Most wedding dialogues will probably be adjusted a bit btw, in the next version perhaps?

- After the spy mission with Kurohime in Luolambo (which unlocks her as a vanguard squad leader) and when you unlocked the private beach on the island Amaranthe, a new sparkling icon will appear near Witton on the overview map.
Don't have this sparkling icon. Any other conditions?

One near Witton yes, and the other one in the forest east of Aldlyn.
If they didn't then perhaps you are missing some conditions.

Ok, first, group sex is not cheating and MMMF is not gay.
Second, there are girl on girl scene that don't involve the MC (if you consider that cheating) but not more. I don't think there's currently an MMMF scene but if there is it'll definitely be optional
The futa content is only a futa on girl voyeurism scene and it's optional
edit: I had forgotten about pandora who's also a futa but you fuck her in the pussy and her scene are also avoidable, even if you follow her story
