Trying to read through the guide to find all the maids like a collector game 
. Do I need to fiddle with the options of my realm in order to get them all. I see some are slaves which I assume I wont be able to find otherwise. Same with filling the Brothel, I assume I need slavery legalized or to find something later down the line?

Location is the Castle (Tower really) above Crysthaven in Amagal.
Was an absolute nightmare trying to find anything about this, so here it is.
I highly recommend grabbing this book, then just save editing the stat up unless you care about completing the game without cheats.

how do you build the Black Twin Towers of Honor? i talked to gunther but he wont say anything. is it a post time skip thing?

You need all 12 main party members in your group, and the first encounter with Mashgul in the Spire of Courage, to trigger the first step of the event when you use the fast travel system the next time. A !-icon appears over Günther in the throne room when the first dialog of the Black Twin Towers of Honor is ready.

I'm not sure what you mean. Aren't dialogues also text?
The average scene is a CG image with a few variations, while text at the bottom explains what is happening, with some dialog by the participants in between.

is marrying female trey only available at act 2 or can you marry her as soon as possible, the walk-through doesn't say. i already got the threesome event. and i know it says the next event is supposed to happen by one of lady purple's men but i talked to everyone and got nothing. im still not in act 1 btw.

The wedding with Trey is available before the time skip phase. Maybe you didn't marry someone else yet? He can't be the first or only girl you marry.

ohhhh. ok thanks it doesn't mentions that in the walkthrough. even in the link you sent me it doesn't say that it just saids that you will get another quest then you can marry. they should really put that in. vampire is like that too. you cant marry her until you marry mira first

I haven‘t played it in a while, but copied the changelog. Let‘s hope someone corrects me if it has been changed over the years
‚- I added the item "Riddle Key". This key can be used to skip riddles in some dungeons, but it's consumed in the process. I hope this helps people that get stuck, but since the item is limited, it should still give people a reason to try the riddles first, instead of skipping immediately.
These keys are currently limited to 4, and can be found at South Dungeon in Central, Manastyr in Amagal, Dhranholl mine in Begus, and the Newkungu dungeon in Dorgania.‘
