I'm currently stuck and don't know what to do, I just barely finished the post war content in the time skip and when I went to act 5 there is nothing for me to do, I was trying to get to the pregnancy content but now I'm stuck, or is that the end of the content for now?

You can check the following acts to see if you're missing anything. There could be an event in the "preg." phase for example. But the time skip phase in general is still in development and has many parts missing. I'll add more content to the early and later acts in the time skip as the development progresses, but it's currently where the story ends.
It's possible to leave the time skip and go back to the first time phase, before the time skip. This way you can finish all content there as well, if you still have something missing.

No, there is no voice acting for sex scenes or a generic moaning sound. Just the background music.
There are a few heavy doors with sounds, but I didn't add something for most doors. I considered it more annoying over long time rather than that it would add much value.

As part of advancing the lore of the world in Renryuu I made a list of the strongest beings, to get a better idea of the powerlevels of the different regions and factions.
In order to also figure out where each of these strong beings is located and what territory they control I also (finally?) made a bigger version of the worldmap to show what the world around the known area roughly looks like.
The sketch for the extended worldmap is obviously still a work in progress. The in-game worldmap won't be increased to show all of these locations, but I can use this map for future plans and references to locations. Similar to how you can visit Fürstenstein or the Brexeet Isles as locations outside of the existing worldmap, some other locations from the new map are likely to get added in some form later in the development.

I assume you mean Ryen is such a high level that the monsters on the country map are auto-defeated?
When you enter the North Dungeon south of Aldlyn (where you find Vampire), you can go to the top right corner on the first map to enter an ice dungeon area. This area has four Ice Alraunes. Either fight them for their loot, or capture and release them at your monsterhall to get their loot from the blue chest whenever you leave and re-enter the area.

ok, so I don't know why but I was farming Kiki in the nature raid for the key and accidentally went into "swap" with tsubaki cancelled with the cancel key not the option and suddenly I had Scarlet in the team..... dunno what triggered it but thought you should know XD

Update 25.06.11 changes:

- A new event and CG scene with Jackie was added. To trigger the story, you need to talk with Jackie or Lexi in the monsterhall at least once after the update. When Ryen's happiness value is at 5+ (which means at least 5 girls are pregnant) when you re-enter the monsterhall, a !-icon appears over Jackie and shows the start of a new quest.
- I added a book icon on the timeskip map right of the "Children" act icon. You can use this icon to access a work-in-progress for an extended worldmap. The map itself has no events or accessible areas, but shows what the world beyond the known worldmap looks like. It also shows the location of some known locations, like Fürstenstein, Mira's temple island, and The Forgotten Brexeet Isles.

- The system for Darudes trading routes was upgraded. The trading now takes place on the country overview map.
- The caravan travels with multiple possible routes, where you can pick up more loot by defeating bandits with your party or vanguards. Overall, the trades are now more interactive instead of just waiting for them to return with resources.
- The trades to Diminus Castle and Tajurata Fort require you to finish some events first before the trade route is available. The events start with sparkling icons on the country overview map.
- The events for the trade route to Diminus Castle unlocks the CG scene of a new character.

- The storage screen for the vanguard forces was upgraded. It now shows all equipments and items at once.
- The new screen also allows for equipments to get exchanged for components, and the components can be trades for other equipment pieces or sold for Budget. This way you can make use of unwanted equipment.
- The new trades with Darude give you a bunch of components for vanguard equipment as well.

- The "Absolutely Unique Book" to increase the level of characters now works for Lady Akira, Citrinne, Kurohime, and Scarlett after they join your party in the time skip phase.
- A Fast Travel option was added for the church in Aldlyn.
- "Bunny Ears+" was changed to "Fancy Bunny Ears+" and now requires the new item "Fancy Bunny Ears" to craft them. The new fancy bunny ears can be found in chests in the castle of Aldlyn, in the room of Lady Miles in the noble families living quarters, and in the new Thremten map in Flaire's new house in the time skip phase.
- Fixed an issue with the swap skill. When escape was pressed during the choice, it swapped the active character with Scarlett.

The only futa scene has a choice to skip it while advancing the events. Trans does not exist.
The slaves you can buy have the option to either send them to the brothel as whores, prisoners for rape, or to your castle as maids for a good route. There is one girl who wants to work in the brothel, but you don't have to force anyone. And if you don't want to seethe scenes of any prostitudes, you can simply avoid going into the brothel.
BDSM as well as tentacles is mostly on the optional bad routes of characters, but there are a few good route cases that can happen. However, if anything gets on the screen you don't want to see you can click a "skip" button at the text window, which'll quickly bring you to the end of the event.

Then I'm afraid this is not the right game for you. There are quite a few scenes that have content you mentioned and can only be skipped but not "avoided". Without intentionally avoiding dozen of characters, and checking the walkthrough/wiki constantly, it wouldn't work out.

The truth is, I only like sex scenes where the MC is the only male participant and where there are no futa (nor trans) or lesbian sex. That is, the MC with one or more girls, as long as there's no lesbian sex between them.

1. the annex choice doesn't matter , you will end up in war anyway , the only exception is the hidden country in the south

2. there is a wiki and pdf guide if get lost ( and yes they're confusing even if you know english )

3. the dev said that the new map is mainly for world-building not for gameplay

4. i think the main character is the true heir but i'm not sure

5. horses are rewards for completing vanguard missions ( there is section in the pdf tells you what mission gives what reward)
