it seems they just redid the whole game, used to be a cute nurse that shrink you to 3 different sizes and then kills you in various ways when she orgasms, like using you as a dildo telling you to kick inside of her and when she orgasm she kills you.

You might be thinking of Measuring Up, just guessing from that description. I don't remember this game having sexual content, and the earliest posts here also mention a lack of sexual content. The giantess character also has been the same through the whole development.

Am i the only one who thinks they are not adding much content to the game as they did when it was released the first months? i mean they were adding each update 20 minutes of content to play and now hardly 5 minutes of gameplay are they doing it on purpose to earn more money from patreon?

If you read the Patreon updates, you’ll see that they’re having a difficult time making the scenes while upgrading and implementing different technological things, like the TPS and Free Roam ideas.
I get where you’re coming from, as I’d love to see this finished too, but I’d rather wait to see the complete and best version before skipping straight to the end.
