Honestly this is why paywalling content with patreon is bad, if it wasn't paywalled the creators would feel far less obligated to deliver a certain amount of new content every month and wouldn't be working themselves into bad health.
If it was kept free to play from the beginning with donations/support from those that are able the devs can take their time as much as they like and everyone gets to play, a win-win for everyone.

You might be thinking of Measuring Up, just guessing from that description. I don't remember this game having sexual content, and the earliest posts here also mention a lack of sexual content. The giantess character also has been the same through the whole development.

unfortunately there's no download link I could find and it's been a few months since the creator of this mod said they would share it.

For anyone interested in the scene above, here is a quote from it's creator, smallerthandust, with a download link. I have not tested it since V0.581 so it may not work with/break the latest version. Do note this post is from February and the PH comment mentions him releasing a new version "in a few days" back in April/May. If he has released a new version, I have no idea of its whereabouts.

Install

1) Download ResizeMe v0.581 - 64bit

2) In the ResizeMe directory, make a backup of the current file ResizeMe_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll - you will need this to revert the mod!

3) Copy the Assembly-CSharp.dll file from the link above to ResizeMe_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll

4) Launch the game and load the "Entry" scene which has been replaced.

5) Enjoy!

Uninstall
==========

1) Delete ResizeMe_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll

2) Copy the backup of your Assembly-CSharp.dll to ResizeMe_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll

For anybody curious, there’s a new “update” to the game: all the bonus scenes, and 2 new ones.

It’s a little... lacking. The new scenes are bullying the player by dropping things near/on him, and being blown about. Nothing really worth the time.

Still, a great job by the new devs working on the thing. There are a few clipping issues, but it’s a great start. Here’s to (hopefully) getting more city/plot scenes in the next update!
