Other than changing your system settings, you can also use Locale Emulator (can Google it, it's a small program that's free to download) for most Japanese games. It'll let you right-click on games and select to run them in Japanese settings without needing to change anything with your system.

I dunno man, the game has been untranslated for over ten years before, I doubt there's any interest.
I enjoyed the animated series that came from this and appreciate it's a nsfw classic, but at the end of the day a VN is just a VN.
Honestly, just watch the anime. It's at least uncensored, unlike this game...
E: Probably better translations, too. Plenty of sites streaming it for free, no need to waste bandwidth/data.
