The new scene with Kate was the best stuff for me so far. Especially the last choice there.
personally I prefer the photoshoot scene of Arianna and Jenna, and I hope to see other scenes like this soon, as they both learn about the relationship the other has with MC and accept the situation, and start making videos and content all 3 "in the family".
I'd like to see some content that also involves the 2 sisters together.

I kinda like this game but last time I played it was more than 2 years ago and it was v0.22 and now it's v0.30. At this rate the game should be complete in 17 years... That or the dev will rush the ending and end before v1.0 like many others which I sadly could understand if 17 years is what it would take to finish it.
That's not how the devs measure the games updates release, just a way to measure the number of updates out, the dev won't release 70 more updates, and the game will be completed when the dev decides to do it or runs out of ideas for future updates.

idk i follow a lot of games and the update cadence on this one is fair.
it's definitely not on the faster side, but it's also not particularly slow.
each update is quite a bit of content, surely you got a nice backlog from 0.22 to now.

Hello, you will have to download the entire game (v0.30) again, you cannot update your current version.
But you don't have to start from the beginning, since you can use your saves from v0.26.1 to keep playing from where you stopped and continue the story. Renpy should auto detect if you have saves in another game version folder, if not, you can simply copy and paste your saves to the new version folder in "Your path/Restore Her Career/game/saves".

Really hard to answer since there are so many. Pretty much all Adrianna scenes are top tier. I'm honestly saving a lot of them to coincide with a good occasion RL, that's how much a like your work. I can split it into at least 2 phases, first when trying to convince her to model bit by bit, all those scenes, dialogue and situation were awesome. The party was insanely great (the multiple choice wasn't preferred but that's water under the bridge) I guess about this time it could be considered ending of phase 1 and into phase 2, when she's doing more and more, willingly. Although this is where i've stopped my "main route, to give me time to thoroughly enjoy every single pic.
As i've said i'm very slowly consuming the updates, to make it last but i had to jump and spoil myself after seeing the background pic of Adrianna with the cum drink, and chose to skip a lot of content to reach that part (enabling and disabling content) Its such a wild change from where i left off my "Main run" (dozens of scenes ahead of where i'm at) of the game for Adrianna it kinda broke me (in a good way). I haven't spoiled myself almost at all beyond that, try to quick read and stop when the comments get dangerous here as well to avoid spoiling me lol.
I think i'm way too biased, i like Adrianna content way way too much to say. You've put a spell on me xD (The only reason i don't have Adrianna on my pfp is that it would be too distracting for me) Sorry i can't be of more help in that specific regard. I guess the conclusion is that character design is of paramount importance + dialogue + scenes.
I'm not even into Incest or abuse really... But you manage to make it enjoyable even when it should repel me, although i've had to breakthrough my limits a few times to fully enjoy it, specially in the first updates with the aunt... (and i've been playing since the first updates all that time ago)
Having said that, if there could be an update to have the option to change relationships so Adrianna could just be "landlady" or whatever instead of "mom" would be 100% appreciated.
I would also request more choices to not abuse, at least Adrianna, "that much" i know i'm not the only one that just wants to treat her "good" or more decently, even if its slight changes in the dialogue that would be super welcomed.

Now, when you get used to actual context, isn't such a change will make everything kinda dull? And even what's the point, seems like it didn't stop you from enjoying the story at all. I'm not saying you don't need it, just curious and trying to look with your point of view.
I remember, once, in a childhood, I saw some old movie at the TV, it was italian or maybe spanish romantic comedy or so, main characters, man and woman, just crashed into each other, and saddenly, before they had their first sex, they discovered that they are siblings, separated long time ago. So they are was so frustrated, like "oh, if only you were not my sister...".
But after some days passed, they get used to that idea and decided that incest or not, but their desire to each other is too strong, so they gonna do it. And when they almost started, some postman bring (or something like that) them a letter, that actually they are not relatives, and instead of being happy, their reaction was like "oh, now it feels kinda totally insipid, I don't want it anymore, damn, what a bad news".
