Other interesting clothing options:
1) Heat sensitive clothing so it looks normal until it gets hot like from the sun or maybe from exercise then it shows a message.
2) Clothes made with water soluble cloth so it dissolves if wet, so if worn in the rain, or to a water park or if the MC spills a drink on it bye bye clothes.
3) My favorite option, body paint made to look like clothes. Maybe as a seemingly reasonable compromise to convince a girl who doesn't want to be nude in public that no one will notice from a distance it isn't clothed not realizing perhaps it is even more compromising because if she bumps into someone she knows or wants to talk she'll have no good way to explain why she is wearing paint as clothes or if she starts sweating from the heat or stress and the paint starts running.

I hope so, because her character and story arc is strangely isolated. If I remember correct, she's not familiar and didn't ever interact with any other character than Adrianna and Stan. Yes, she visited Adrianna's B-day party, where she was introduced to Emma, Linda and Scarlett, but she left the party early, without interacting much with anyone and didn't participate in party's best part. Which is such a pity, considering her stunning dress and all.
I think Jenna should become the main character, just as Stan and Adri, and as fast as possible, because other way she will miss her chance to observe other characters changes, to say something like "oh, I didn't know Linda is so lewd woman". Which is important social aspect of building eroge naration.
