Most likely you have the first game, not this one.

Edit: Just checked it, first game indeed is 3gb though it has different name. So you might never played this game, if so lucky you new Mia material for ya.

Second one is sequel to first one, so not exactly part 2. It had name change, it was Summer with Mia 2 then it became Returning to Mia it's probably the cause of your confusion.
