Did she completely stop taking the 'meds' during the game? I really can't remember at all, because it's been a while since I played the first game. For some reason I always assumed once the fake ones ran out (probably after the game ended) she got new (and real) pills again and went back to being normal (aka to having a regular libido), while continuing her affair with the MC. Now that I think about it though, I slightly remember something about the Mom and Dad not having sex for a long time, so maybe those pills really did kill all her sexual desires before the MC switched them up. If I remember this correctly, then she must have really stopped taking the meds at some point in the game and never went back to taking them.

I guess it really comes down to whether she stopped taking the meds, and how strong the real meds actually were.

It was nice to see Mia and the MC be honest with their feelings. No regrets. I'm really interested in seeing where the MC takes this. It would be a little hypocritical to see him insist on being faithful to Sadie now.

IIRC, the psych pills completely killed her libido since she was a bit of a nymphomaniac with her abnormally high sex drive. But considering how Dad is now embracing the crazy sex with Mom, there is no real reason to continue taking the pills, so in an indirect way, the MC helped out his parents fix their relationship/love life even if we benefited from it directly.

I don't really want to see them sneaking around or denying their feelings since it would never work out, especially considering they both have a boyfriend/girlfriend. While it would have been nice to have the MC say out loud that feels the same for Mia, I'm hoping we get the chance to break up with Sadie because I do not want to have the guilt of the MC cheating on her. Not really feeling a throuple with her either, especially as she doesn't seem interested in sharing the MC or remotely interested in girls.

I don't know... so far, Summer with Mia 1 is the better smut game. I remember it having tons of sex. Personally, I've found Season 2 to be far better overall because of all the drama. While its different in a way I prefer, I can acknowledge that others may not find it so. I didn't really care about the story in the first one, but I'm really interested in seeing where it goes from here.

different context, swm1 started with mc trying to get into mia's pants and after that succeed they started to make porn and eventually mia fell in love with mc and mc didn't figure it until she had left and this is some time after them trying to find out if there are still feelings between them.

Exactly this one has a completely different vibe from the first one. While there are some lewd scenes depending on choices made, its not the fuckfest the first was because the emphasis is on developing the story and the characters. Thats not to say as more chapters/episodes are released, we wont get our lewds, but that's not the focus at the moment. I'd rather things keep going as is while our protag decides who does he want to be with instead of just another mindless fuck-a-thon where people's feelings don't matter.

I miss the scenes from swm1 were Mia are teasing the father, not the final plot with all the mask thing. The first one have changes in the way of the story develop that are a little turn off for me, just like the father teasing and from nowhere the final drama with her friend. Is like in the beginning was more about fetish and in the end more vanilla. I don't like MC that are fucking assholes, but I wish the story of SWM was more 50/50 with some fetishes, just like the scene from SWM1 were Mia blowjob the father, always optional, and he think that was the mother, I don't remember her name. So, how is this part? I suppose it's a lot more vanilla just like the end of the first one.
