Yeah, I guess you're right. Back on square one with this one, nothing has evolved. A shame considering how much technical means their studio must have gathered over the years.

Precisely why i disagreed with the new writer they brought on board. All that nonsense about making it a love story and it's still just a basic porn game with pretty much no evolution to the characters. If anything, the MC comes off as even more stupid than he was in the original game and he's still effectively banging anything that moves. Mia, a weak character that quite frankly, should have just been left as the classic blonde bimbo she was and able to do the same things her brother is, only better since she could become a stripper, porn star, model, and had so many different side stories. Strangely enough, she had more personality and her character could be used for all manner of sexual situations the original game was going to take her in (a real shame that didn't happen).

I wouldn't call it kinetic as the choices still do have an impact on what happens, but I do agree that the choices you make could have even more bigger impact to the story and there could be even more choices to be made. The main character being dumb as fuck is just what Inceton wants for his games main characters to be, at least that is what he said on Patreon.
So not all the fault can be put only on the writer, as it is still Inceton who is in charge of the direction where the game is going and what will happen. The writer just comes up with whatever he can to create the wanted outcome for the story after he is given the specs of what they want to include in to the episode. That's why I think it was kind of inevitable for them to drop the ball a little bit with this game when you just have too much on the table at the same time, because making three games at the same time understandably takes focus off from the projects vs. having a full focus on just one project at the time. Making two games with studio as large as them is possible, but I would say that the focus on this one was lost a little bit the minute they picked up Inside Jennifer to their development.

The focus was lost well before then. The very concept of turning this game into a love story is exactly where it went wrong. The story of the original game should have continued into this one with the characters there are now. The aunt should have been operating a modeling agency, strip joint or a porn studio in competition with another that could have led Mia to either staying or jumping ship (depending on choices). It would have made better sense for her character and inceton would have retained a moronic MC. The writer could have added elements of a love story in but kept the overall porn theme going. Go back to the original game's thread, you'll see the new writer has far more control over this project than you're claiming. I'll continue to disagree with the direction this game is still being taken in too.
i guess devs weren't interested in a story about porn industry & strip joints.
Though by the looks of it aunt is turning bar into a strip joint so u should be happy, i bet emma will get hired first.

I did and I didn't see any messages from the writer that indicated that the writer would have more control over this project than what I claimed. However the writer did give indications in Discord a month ago that it understandably is Inceton who is in charge and has the power to make the calls, which was also where I based my claims on.
I don't think turning the games story into a love story was the wrong move, but the way to do it definitely wasn't the best one.

Then you clearly didn't go through the original thread where i chatted with the writer. That's a pretty old conversation so good luck digging through that many pages. And yes, the new story is HIS. He has near complete control over it's current direction. Unless something has changed in the last year since that conversation we had, which i doubt considering the current story is still pretty bad.

How about contribute something more than being arrogant? The original game was precisely this. Go back and play it again if you've already forgotten. Inceton's writers had that all set up to progress along with expanding the incest to include the parents. Mia's character was a classic blonde bimbo porn queen and had an actual personality that showed she knew exactly what she was doing as her character became more corrupt. It was the current writer that destroyed the narrative structure of that development at the end of the original game's story. The love story has proven it is not and does not work. Why? Because the MC is retarded and fucks anything that moves. Mia was intelligent (this right here is what made her character in the original game better than the current one) as far as being a bimbo of a character, could fuck anything that moved the further corrupted she became and was the driving force behind most of the sexual scenes that were ultimately happening, including the side stories (this is what ultimately pissed off the current writer and i have my suspicions as to why but i'll refrain from saying them here to avoid drama). Apparently, that upset the new writer cause they believed that was 2 dimensional. That's what the game was. A hot blonde bimbo turning into a stripper and porn star. The story made sense because of that. Honestly, the current personality she has in this one, is 2 dimensional cause it shows zero growth as a character and she's still being used as a bimbo for what was supposed to be a love story between her and her brother (the mc). You can't get that if one character is going to keep banging around like a dog in heat. What the current writer really wanted and wants is a fucking harem game and those are a dime a dozen, overdone and have next to no entertaining value unless whoever is writing them knows what they're doing with the characters (something quite rare).

I care about the narrative structure of the characters and story being used to make something successful and entertaining. That was being done in the original game rather well. But because a few people complained about it not being just the MC getting to do what you just stated, inceton started switching out writers until the narrative structure was destroyed.
i've played the 1st game, mia fucked her brother, she sucked the blackmailer & that's about it, can't remember if she fucked daddy.
the stuff u're talking about happened as side stories so the plot is consistent asf, u just want for the author to make a game like the side stories of the previous game, it has nothing to do with the quality of this story.

She did far more than that. You can't even remember the online porn she and her brother started. You can't remember the fact the father was going to be the next guy mia ended up banging too but the idea got scrapped cause inceton got rid of the writer that was getting that stuff worked out because a few people screeched the loudest that it was ntr. Despite the fact the MC was banging everything that crossed his path left and right. Even his character had side stories going on which were apparently canonical simply cause he was the mc but Mia's side stories weren't but were far better done than the MC's idiotic side stories. Mia was slowly being used as a secondary protagonist as the story went on and yes, the side stories being developed for her pissed those same anti-ntr idiots off. The new writer took the narrative that was being built up to that point and thoroughly destroyed it to prevent mia's character from developing further into corruption as a stripper and porn star that was the ultimate high point of the game's narrative for the strip joint and the porn she and her brother were starting as a business.
thing is i believe this game will have different endings & mia becoming porn star might be one of them(if mc doesn't pick her as li), otherwise emma's return makes no sense, meaning the game might end where it originally supposed to end. Also, she might fuck the blackmailer & sebastian(if they're not one & the same), so this game might not be as different as u think.
This game's true problem is that mc ain't fucking mia that much compared to the other game, that's its inconsistency.

There's a few other inconsistencies than that but it is the primary one considering this was suppose to be a love story between the two in this game. I warned the new writer not to go that route cause it wouldn't work. You can't really turn a porn story into a love story. It's too far fetched and absurd. He should have just left them banging like they were in the original game with some elements of romance between the two. The primary story should have been Mia's continued corruption into a stripper/model/porn star and the MC basically being so retarded he'd go along with all of it just to bang as many women as possible, regardless of who his sister was hopping in the sack with.

I did, I searched the writer by his username from the thread and read his messages. Only message that I saw that had anything to do with possible control of narrative or direction of the game was sentence where he said "if I have any say in the matter". Now he told in Discord one month ago that Inceton had shot down some of his ideas that the had for the games. So obviously Inceton is the one in charge of the game, not the writer. He does what he is asked to do for the game. So obviously it's his story, duh, but the game is still directed and controlled by Inceton and it will get the content he wants.

Either the conversation was in the original game's thread or the summer with mia thread. If it's not there anymore then the damn mods have likely removed all the posts in a thread clean up maybe. It was a long conversation i had with that guy over a year back in one of the two threads. Shame you can't find it cause at the time, he indicated he did have direct control over the story because inceton was allowing him to write it how he wanted. If that's changed, dude clearly got humbled.

It's still in there. But that message that I mentioned was the only one where I saw him directly talking about possibly having any power over the decisions or direction of the game. The writer does vary between the usage of "I" and "we" when he talks about making the game and writing the story in his messages, Inceton himself stepped in to the conversation back in Christmas 2018 and said "we will have a talk with our writer to come up with a branching story where you can chose 2 different paths. Everyone happy now?" and "We cant make everyone happy we are well aware of that but we will always try to do our best". That already back then made it pretty evident that he wasn't in charge of the game and it's direction alone, but was pretty much doing what Inceton wanted him to do with the story. And the same thing is going around on this one too.
