And they would lose the same as they would if the same kid killed someone with their parents' gun they happen to get ahold of after suing the gun manufacturer and trying to blame them. Inceton and every other R- or X-rated content creator isn't responsible for babysitting someone else's kids, the parents of which should be paying attention to what they have access to if they actually care that much what they watch, read or play. I'm working on a loli-incest AVN (the "true story" choice path of which is based on a true story, unlike just about every other AVN in existence doing the opposite and disclaiming all links to reality) myself and am not bothering with silly warnings and other such crap, kids ignore or lie on those anyway and play it anyway if they can read and have access to it, just like they will lie about ages to get access to age-restricted Youtube videos or porn sites when making an account when left to their own devices. If parents want to sue me they can go ahead and get a summary judgement they can't collect after I won't even bother showing up for court, as the AVN will be free (it's a passion project, not a cash grab like most). And injunctions trying to stop distribution on pirate sites like this one and torrent trackers are very hard if not impossible to enforce. In short fuck the gov't and lawyers both.

It's mutiple stages because it's multiple character poses. Also without going into too much detail Daz uses alot of Vram the longer the animation loops are or the more characters in a scene there are, so those stage-buttons are a hardware limitation workaround that strings together a bunch of shorter loops so sex scenes can be longer, since video cards only go up to 48GB of vram (Nvidia Quadros). I'm fine with those buttons, it's better than the short single 5- or 10-second loops per scene of most AVN's (when they bother to have animations at all or without resorting to less resource-demanding but shittier render engines like Honey Select). But yeah stuck going through 3 speeds for each stage (some in Lust Theory are 8 stages x2-3 back-to-back scenes irrc) kinda sucks. If it were me the speed control woud be a separate button to speed that up, as most just pick a speed and stick to it when possible.

Totally agree with you on the link between the feature itself and the technical, software and hardware constraints, but these features in no way imply having to create a hideous and wacky interface. It's like forcing a girl with a beautiful and angelic face to "wear" a boil on her nose. That's a big NO NO NO to me, and it's will worth 1.5 stars off on my final review

In some states or countries like mine, if the parents file a complaint, they have a good chance of being sued themselves for neglect, etc... and of losing custody of their child(ren).
What you need to know is that like security clearances and rules in companies, warnings to prevent minors and their parents about violence and/or sexual content is more there to protect creators, developers, producers, broadcasters, distributors. etc, and keep them in good standing, rather than protecting anything or anyone else. Of course children lie to their parents (and not only) and even occasionally borrow their master card to pass the pay walls. Btw, who taught them to lie? I bet we all know the answer to that question. It's all a sprawling "game" woven with hypocrisy and lies

Mostly just planning and story outline atm. Not full-bore into it yet as I still have to get my sis 100% on board with the idea (after all the story is about her as well since I'm also married to her, not to mention the 6 kids). Maybe mid 2023 for the prologue if that happens? Though don't quote me on that, if various dev's getting roasted on SS has taught me anything is to not give hard release dates and then have an angry mob bitching that it's 3 days or a week late if the quoted date comes and goes when shit happens. There's 2 main choice-guided paths planned, one based on a true story (mostly kinetic with few choices that only affect immediate dialog that even incest fans will probably find boring after awhile if they come with typical AVN expectations, eg: in the real world my sis doesn't share so there are no harems or other pure-fantasy silliness on that path) and the other the usual fantasy-based things (not just incest but harems, lolis, etc. as the MC on that path switches jobs from EE to an elementary school teaching position if the player chooses that path). Probably the prologue and perhaps v0.1 will be here, beyond that probably only on SS and Lewdc0rner, as I don't plan on making patches for it and Rule 7 will most certainlly kill it here (ie without too many spoilers me and sis traded v-cards when she was 14 and we started messing around 6 months before that, so there will be no "fake 18" chars if they weren't 18+ irl). It will be uncensored with no censored version, but is a rather slow burn with character intros and not much sex in the first few releases. Planned opening scene is when sis was born when I was in kindergarten (5 year age gap, but how many people get the bragging right of remembering when their better half was born ) and working forward 30 years from there that hopefully won't take 30 years in real time, maybe 3-4 depending on how many flash forwards I use as I really don't want to stretch it too much beyond that (some AVN's devolve into rotting corpses of what they used to be after 5 years that should have ended on a high note after 2-3).
