Well, in some places the story still doesn't make any sense. Best example is the talk on day 7 with Lisa, Nicole and Jennifer. The MC told Lisa and Jennifer his story on earlier days and yet they react like they never heard the story during the talk. I mean, why do we get the choice to tell them, if the scene on day 7 doesn't even reflect the choices? The writing still needs some improvement, but nothing major. Something that triggerd me personally were two things. First off, if a character says "oh my god", then there is no comma between the "oh" and "my", because a comma makes it a complete different sentence. Second was the use of "I" instead of "me" in some cases. I mean the cases where for example "Lisa and I" was said. Paired with "you" instead of a name, it makes sense and sounds alright, but in cases where the MC talks to a person and mentions someone else and himself, it would definitely sound better, if he says e.g. "Lisa and me". That obviously also depends on the sentence structure and I mean the cases, where the "Name and I" was used midsentence. At the beginning it also fits, but midsentence it's grammatically wrong as far as I know. But hey, I'm no native speaker and had "only" 8 years of (Oxford) English lessons in school.
Then the renders, they're good, but the characters, especially the MC, lack impressions. He has in nearly every render the same dumb look with a blank stare and slightly opened mouth. Others do have more impressions, but at least until day 9, I couldn't count more than 4 on each person. They're either smiling, crying or laughing or have the same dumb look like the MC. There is also the lack of variety with the LIs. They basically all have large breasts with D cups or higher. Only exception that I could see until now (day 9) is Lisa with a C cup. What happend to A and B cups? Got they all killed in the world of this story?
And then lastly the (sex) scenes of other girls without the involvement of the MC. There is plenty of sex scene in the game right from the start. Best example is the start with Kelly, the game has barely started and MC is already fucking her. IMO, there is no need to show others fucking each other or masturbating with the MC miles away. It doesn't add anything to the story and it certainly doesn't let the player care more or less about them. At this point it's just a easy way for the dev to say "see, there is plenty of lewd content in it". I also don't understand the need to make every LI bi. If the girls fool around during a threesome or foursome or what ever where they're waiting for the attention of MC, fine, so be it. But the need to have them all bi? I don't see it. And like some other people, I'm not particularly fond of lesbian sex scenes, especially if they happen without or behind the back of the MC and add abso-fucking-lutly nothing to the story.
