What would be the recommended skills to invest the skill points, if you want to play the Dark Child Path?

First, you need to turn unescaped text in one of the <script> tags to normal, I made small python script to put escaped text to separate file. Can be done manually, but its very annoying.
Then I used nodejs to unescape it. Other js engines should work too.
After that we have regular sugarcube(?) script where we need to edit variables.
Then its done, put script in same place instead of escaped text. I also used python to automate this step.

Unless Violet Kitten totally change the scope of her game, no.
A large part of the story revolves around the fact that the MC is female.
The male protagonist is just a character you can play for a short time.

I have a question. In day 2 in the village, i explore the village, and then go with dad to fight merchenaries. After i rescue my sister and Julie, we rescue merchant and tavern owner and then Blaine ask you to come to inn and tell you that you have defeated the merchenaries and you are heroes and then you end the day
However next day you are told that yesterday there is a fight and the merchenaries win and your father regret giving up and its as the previous day never done. Yes i am not be able to persuade all council members but i win the fight.
Is this a bug? I can't really like a game that my choice don't matter and i really like the game so far

Yes it probably is, I did same on previous versions and my choices were registered correctly.

Misled? The synopsis has "you play as a young woman" in the second sentence.

In fact not only the second sentence, all the overview is about a woman protagonist...
Obviously people should read and believe the description over the tags, but the official description of the 'Male Protagonist' tag is 'The protagonist is male for the most part of the game' which is objectively false for this game. That is pretty misleading considering a lot or even most people find content they want to check out by filtering using the tags. Once the new tagging system is done we'll be able to fix issues like this more easily but until then there's not much point in laughing at people for making the mistake of believing the tags instead of the description.
A tip when searching is that the tag 'multiple protagonists' isn't supposed to be used for being able to choose protagonist gender/origin, so if a game is tagged 'male protagonist' and 'female protagonist' and 'multiple protagonists' there's a high chance it's tagged incorrectly one way or another. In fact it's best to assume no games are tagged entirely according to the official definitions, but you'll learn over time which tags are more misleading than others because people assume the definition that comes to mind for them is the same as is meant by everyone else.
Basically always read the description and check out the screenshots before downloading because they're more likely to let you figure out how the developer thought when adding tags.

Greetings Sweeties, I hope everyone had having a wonderful week. It was really hot, but there were a bunch of holidays for everyone to enjoy. 
The new update is out now, so please enjoy all of the new content. This update has taken a really long time, due to a very stressful moving situation, and the huge scope of the update itself. I pretty much had to combine three updates into one. Adding a threeway romance with Marie & Juliet, adding a whole new After Dark Section to Cherlese (Day 2), then I had to add all the new Dark Child interactions. Also getting settled into a new home, has pretty hectic to say the least. I have a full post on Patreon is anyone wants to read more.
Anyway, it's time to chat about the new update again. This one has tons of goodies for everyone to enjoy, from a new Revenge Path Alternative, New After Dark Section which add all new content, along with a new way to save the village. There is the new Marie & Juliet interactions, a whole new servante that you can own, new Dark Child Interactions, and much more. This update adds all new stuff to day 2 & 3, while also adding in a special sneak peak into Heather's future storyline, to day 1.
There is also a hidden section added to day 2, for players who have a certain Trait. This new section will give you some unique items, along with some deep back story into a certain character. This section is really cool, and a great reward for the inquisitive.
Here is a full changelog of the new Additions;

- New Expansion to the Revenge Storyline (Sora's path), allowing you to fast forward your way into the path, beginning the content directly at the end of day 3.
- New Vampire Clan Storyiine, letting you join a vampire clan early, and learn about their tenet, complete some of their quests, which will help them/you find out what kind of role you will have within their clan.
- New After Dark Section added to day 2, allowing you to explore the village of Cherlese while your father is dealing with the mercenaries. This path unlocks tons of new dialogue options, a new weapon & outfit, a new option, allowing you to save both Juliet & Marie, granting you the ability to bring them both back to camp with you. The After Dark path, also grants you access to the New Vampire Clan Storyline.
- New Debauchery Storyline added to the game, along with a use for the Depraved Corruption Trait, granting you unique dialogue in this storyline.
- New Servante path, allowing you to Recruit your own Servante, who has tons of customization options. This character is the most customizable character yet. You can choose her name, how she refers to you, her looks, duties, and how much she speaks. Each choices will drastically change how she behaves & her relation to you. Some options will even Unlock her as a Follower for other existing Quests/Dates (Marie's Date & Hallowmas Storyline)
- New uses for your Dark/Vampiric Powers on Day 3, allowing you to use your strength to get out of situations, make others into your friends, through Vampiric Allure, and protect yourself from immediate danger, using your new Dark Shield, with a New option to unlock the Whore Rumor path without the Joker Recruits, Coming in the Future.
- New Use for the Perceptive Seer trait, allowing you to find hidden items to unlock a Secret area, filled with goodies, and some very deep lore on existing characters.
- Full Dark Child Rewrites for day 3, giving you much deeper conversations with certain characters, and unlocking the new Witch's Captive path.
- There is now a New Romance path with Heather, along with a new introduction & images for her, giving players a glimpse to what the new Heather Expansion will be about.
- New Underwear outfits for Elin & Marie, and also some new variations of Victoria's nude images.
- Implemented New Crime System that tracks any lawless actions that you are caught doing, currently only affects Bluebell, for future scenes.
- Fixed tons of scenes that were not granting the player with Exhibition Experience, after Nudist/Sexual encounters, including Marie's Exhibitionist date, which now grants you tons of Exhibitionist Experience.
- Added New Images & Music Tracks to help the new scenes, and the day 3 bgm to be much less repetitive.
- Tons of bug fixes & spelling corrections for day 3, including the Conclave meeting, which was filled with spelling errors.
The Next Update will be focused on the Bandit Captive storyline, which will see the player, captured by some bandits, competing to own her as their slave. There will be a selfish bandit & a nice bandit who you will have to work toward. This update will take place over an in-game week, and is a story about loneliness, helplessness, and manipulation. It will be a slow corruption storyline for all of you that have been asking for some corruption content. There will also be three separate paths, for Submissive players, Hardcore sex players, and Dominant players, who can use their own talent to turn the tables on the bandits.
I have already begun the new content, and hope to have this update out by the end of the month, so stay tuned, and feel free to check out my
