I'm able to do JP to ENG translation.

I won't make promises about how long it will take without seeing how big the dialogue is for this game, especially with my other Editing work. But I do guarantee that if I start, I WILL finish.

What I don't have is the knowledge or the mental bandwidth to work out how to extract/modify the dialogue. Is there anyone with interest to collaborate and work on that technical part?
You just made my day. I was really interested in tis after reading the description untill I noticed the MTL label. I was about to write this game off untill I noticed your post. I really hope you manage to pull this off.

I played one of this groups games. was pretty good. Would love to try this, but that translation is worse than playing untranslated. Go figure.

One of the most difficult strategy games that I played. Even without the cheats, you have to find a way not just enduring the women's attacks, but also prevent them from gathering more than 30 crosses, which is painstanking difficult enough because you must utilize the right skills and determine which girl needs to be taken care of first. You wouldn't have to worry about getting all 100% on scenes, as the game unlocks it all for you upon clearing it, so there's no urgent need to try and commit to completing the objectives of the game to get each scene. The most difficult part of the game would be the battle phase, since you have to use the right skills and try to resist the girls attacks as they progress; not to mention that they start getting really serious when down to one heart since they have 400 patience and some high level attacks (it is a death game, so of course they would do anything to survive, even through means of losing their own self-dignity).
The whole game setting and playthrough is good in spite of the difficulty. Seems like this could be a good storyline that expresses the characters feelings, but the whole machine translation is so garbled, I felt like I lost a lot of brain cells just decyphering the language. Otherwise, this game deserves praises.

Here's my translation file (goes in main folder >BepInEx>Translation>en>Text) I didn't touch any of the dialogue, but I cleaned up the UI a little and made some of the skills easier to understand.

To make the game much easier, get 'disturbing' off the upgrade menu right away, it allows you to erase all crosses in a room for 1AP. Once you unlock the 'blame' action (it's a red icon with a white tongue) you can use it to remove 5 crosses from one girl per turn. If you don't drop any girls to 2 hearts, they'll stay at 100% resist to blame so you can use it to remove 5 crosses every turn. With the ability to wipe away crosses you can keep the count low.

From there just tidy up crosses each round and try to keep a few AP in reserve, as you'll get 5 upgrade points per AP that you haven't used at the end of a round. Then it's just a matter of grinding to get all the upgrades.

For the skills, my end game build was 3 Pulsing II, 1 Patience III in the middle tile (so it's always available with master skill set), Intimidate and Impress to remove skills from the bottom and top of the girl's queue, Attack boost II, and then two Observation II for free damage. Once you get the full 5 stacks of attack up Pulsing is a massively damaging skill, and with Patience at 100% uptime you can tank most things. Just remove any dangerous skills with Intimidate/Impress and you're good to go.

Also, the red pips (unlocked with the Excitement upgrade) top left of your skill panel refresh all skills and give you more SP. They also refresh the lockout on Patience/Intimidate/Impress, so you can get out of bad situations with those.

Anyway I may come back and look at a proper translation later, but this already took longer than I'd like. It is a fun game though.

This game isnt AS difficult as you make it out to be. It just takes some finessing at times. The hardest part of the game is the very start. Dont bother fighting them day 1 because its nearly impossible to beat them with giving yourself a couple better skills. Them getting 2 or 3 crosses in one day isnt a big deal at all (honestly its great considering later in the game its constantly popping out rooms with 5 crosses) so just pass the turn and get the 9 RP for not spending any AP.

The Fear of Crosses is real but when you have the Blame ability and the ability to delete crosses out of rooms, it becomes very managable. The Blame ability lets you delete 5 of their crosses and later 10. And the deleting Crosses makes it so you can stifle their income. Also remember girls can only move 1 space from where they are per turn so theres no need to delete a room that has 5 if its two away from a girl. helps you save AP for other things.

The main things you need for combat is to swap your moves around. Observe is one of the best skills in the game imo because its a free attack and works really well with the ability that resets all your cooldowns (and gives 2 sp) . You'll get a new better observe after upgrading skills twice. Which is the same skill but 7 damage as opposed to 3.

my strat for the game is that the best defense is a good offense and i focus on bursting the girl down in 2-3 turns and then hitting her while shes stressed out because that cuts even more time from their bar as well as it still does stress damage to her again. So literally the best time to use the cooldown reset ability is right after you stress them out. Though you might want to hold onto the one charge Cooldown reset a little longer because once girls hit 60-90 seconds they start a new attack method that does more damage so minimizing the time they can use that attack method is really helpful.

my favorite moves were the camera moves, observe, and i'd swap out the my 1 cost damage moves when its damage was too obsolete.

I focus on stall the game out by Blaming them to make them give up Crosses and using the Cross delete function on Priority rooms that they have access to. while i focus on getting the RP to improve my skills.

overall this game isnt hard, its just scary to look at in the beginning. once you get used to the flow you can do things with ease.

Edit
I came back and replayed the game. Overall most of my stuff is the same, but i highly recommend the pulsate skill once you get the Atk Up skills. pulsate II does 9 hits combined with the Atk up II skill at Max Stacks is 45 damage for 1 SP. my end game was two Pulse II One Atk II in the center, and the rest was observe II.

again a key strat is manipulate their stress and smack them a lot when they are stressed out. the Ideal play is to have them one hit away from stressed out, pass your turn so you have everything ready. hit them with the 1-2 moves needed to stress them out, use all your moves then, then use your excitement to whale on them while stressed. be careful not to stress them out while stressed out .You can delay that stress out so that you can deny them a second turn.

You used pulsing? Isnt that the move that does 0 damage (I mean that literally btw) but hits like 7-9 times. Isnt it useless or am i lacking info on something? I never used it with a damage up though.

Excellent, a file to start from.

I'll get to work on cleaning up this machine translation.

Since it's Unity, it's probably a run-time translation that hits google (or others, but rarely set up for others) after each line of dialogue. Those lines translated during game play are usually saved in text files with the [kanji/katakana]=[translated line] for each line of dialogue/button text, usually in a directory with "Translation" in the name.

The only kicker is that you have to spend hours/days playing every possible choice before you can do a complete translation.

It's usually a royal PITA with all the branching/combos normally found in other games. This one should be easier with only 3 NPCs (and probably fairly linear for each).

Edit:
Yep, using BepInEx. The translation files are contained in the BepInEx\Translation\en\Text directory.
Barely anything in them, as usual. They ran it long enough to verify that the translation was working then sent it out the door.
Thanks for the info. Another user has provided a (100% complete?) MTL translation file, so I can start going through and fixing the context errors.

Suckiest Revenge Game Ever

You die if they got 50 cross and then can only get out if you die.
You can kill them or spare them but there is a catch , you will spend in this unescaped space for eternity no matter the result. (i guess if you spare them , you might get companion to stay with you? )

fucking hell. man got bullied and this is his "freedom" after his revenge

Next time don't make a deal with whatever fucking black magic eh?
Black soul and broken reality in your description tell another story
admit it, you would love a game where the hero unknowingly make a pact with an eldritch horror and slowly either fall into madness or become the new villain

Hm, I can provide a quickly done MTL edited translation for some of the menu/game parts so at least the controls look nice to play

Edit: if anyone knows how to resize font i would greatly appreciate it
