Only if the dev is planning to have them have relationships. Patreon rules do not allow any type of incest, not even among adoptive family relations. So, having mother and daughter have sex with the protagonist wouldn't be allowed.

In any case, there's no 'masquerade' in this game. These characters were NEVER meant to be part of the same family.

Sandbox ? how bad it is ?

Very bad, it's just boring grinding, you have to click on the workout button to gain one "chad points", when you have enough you can unlock an event with one girl and then you have to start over and over again until you have enough points. (5-10-15-30-40 etc, and there is 16 event for 5 character so it's a lot of points for a total above a thousand point per character)

you unlock other maps later on when you progress in the girls routes where you can interact with them using dozen of weird emotes and if you chose a good one you can gain a little more point than the normal way , but not realy worth it, you are losing even more time doing it.

the game would be better without it for sure. (also the game should have the tag kinetic added since there isnt any choice and we are forced to go through every path)
