Open the guide in a spreadsheet program (either Microsoft Office, Libre Office, Open Office, etc. (Libre and Open are free programs)). Each sheet has help on different things like: How to get titles, What's in each dungeon, How to unlock scenes, etc.
I'm not sure what all was added from 3.4.3, other than a change to the look of the game stats screen and inventory. But I did notice that when I loaded my save, I was missing 5 titles. All 4 from the Gods and the Incorruptible title. Is there a way to restore these, as I don't want to grind all the titles again if I have to start over.

Nice catch, but I think it's only a visual glitch, they don't show when you appraisal in your room, mine didn't either, but the veriables seem to be in place correctly, and if you kill yourself and check the panel that appears on revival, it's there:
Dumbledore, Explorer, Conqueror and Saint are all here for me, and the Incorruptible, and our parents talk also include all those.
TL;DR: It's a visual bug, you probably didn't lose any of those titles
On another note, I found the visual overhaul really good, the best part is that list of titles you'll acquire on the suicide menu, removes a lot of guesswork.
Other than that, this update I think included a new mechanic with Kermit, I'm soul box level 9 and when I suicided to test, a new mechanic that opens up a permanent shop appeared, it uses Kermit coins, that can be gotten trough doing achievements, basically by playing and doing other shit.
It has quite the cool and op features, like changing the opening day of Threadbare from 150 to like 31, a bunch of strong items and three perks, lowering the requirements to level up titles all the way to 69% of the original, chance of super rare chests up to 30% and ten extra slots on the soul box.
In this version, I'm getting errors if a monster gets an attack. I didn't get this error until I equipped the Nightshade armor to Lani.

I have noticed that the Title Requirement Reduction Perk, has a slightly different value than what it says in game. Level 4 isn't 74% of normal, but 75% or normal, and Level 5 isn't 69% but 70%. That 1% isn't much for some titles, but it's huge in the titles that require 10k, 100k or Millions of requirements (Like healing with potions, killing enemies, spending money, etc).

I mean, she seems oddly protective of Liam's virginity, apparently has quite the past, and makes an incest joke depending on your titles.... I'm 100% down for it if it happens, and it isn't that unimaginable, only set back would be circumventing patreon's I think, TOS.

idk if it was removed or changed in some way, but it used to be if you pursued a serious relationship with Lani, Marla would get so jealous, and try to make out with with Lani, get extremely forward by saying that the three of you could share each other, RIGHT after she was told about this and what happened to those who tried to break from the monogamous trait that her species has.
the monogamy is specified to only impact her feelings towards other men than you. I don't think it even should prevent you from having other lovers, but then again, it would be reasonable to assume otherwise.

Mmmmm I don't remember that unless it was a later addition/change. The chat you have with the older cat lady didn't specify gender. Just that they are a one person person. To add to that, that same lady is stuck only on the mom. So it don't seem to be gendered. So I also found the whole Marla thing confusing considering what was told..... though. I can't help but feel like it might've been touched upon. Like I could swear I remember it coming up in one of the convos

The monogamy specifically is for everyone. Any type of other potentially romantic contact is repulsive from someone she is not imprinted on. That is tested and proven when talking to Miri when the threesome situation is found out. It isn't Liam's titles, that is specifically stated as his would only make Lani more likely to imprint and choose him. We know Lani has a title related to family she stated such but did not go into details. Likely chapter 2 or later story will begin to go into details of how Lani is able to imprint on two people. It is decently likely that removing the "curse" will be a major plot point in the campaign if not an end game component of the campaign.
To my knowledge there is no conversations about her imprinting on Liam (there is specifically comments that she is imprinted so affection cat clan title it would effect only Lani). She is mentioned about the growth part and how much stronger she would be if she had started traveling with Liam at level 1 which is also applied to Lani which you might have misremembered. Either of us could go diving into the source code and find the interaction text though and read all perminetations of it to verify.
