The game itself is there but Rewrite+ was originally meant to include the Fandisk called Harvest Festa:

Sekai Project stated a few days back R+ won't have it on launch and there's no current ETA either. Quite a shame given the massive delays.

which de-censors the CGs that were altered in the steam version, and also replaces every instance of 'Sizuru' to 'Shizuru', as it was in the original fan translation.

You may want to wait for the steam version to be updated as it apparently has a few bugs at the moment.

I played this years ago when the fan translation released and absolutely loved it. Then I hear apparently they fucked this one up with some unnecessary dialogue changes. I really hope it's not as bad as others have made it seem to be because it'd be pretty disappointing if they ruined something I really enjoyed and others couldn't have a similar experience I did.

To clarify, it doesn't really "de-censor" the CGs as they were not altered(if anything they were altered for Rewrite+ to show more nudity), it just replaces the CGs used from the old version of Rewrite they used for Steam with the new version of the CGs they made for Rewrite+ which have more nudity though this game has no actual sexual content.

Harvest Festa is for sure coming unless Sekai Project fold, just a bit more of a wait, but it is closer than ever.

Yeah, that's what I'm hearing too. I'm a little worried that some of the translations would be altered or changed too much from the true meaning. There were a few VNs where even my limited japanese knowledge was able to recognize some weird edits to the translation.
