I really do feel for the dev, it seems prior he kept to the schedule and kept people updated he's done a good job. Now he has health issues like damn and made it much harder.

Yes and No, game updates have been slow due to lots of work under the hood, and a messed up arm lately.
But he usually pops in once a month to keep interest and phatreon going.
No lifesign in over two months is indeed worrying, especially from someone claiming health issues.
(not to mention living close to a warzone..)
