no1 needed 'potential 4the game'. fans already HAD it just by the two beths existing at all in the 1st place.
whats dumb as hell is how we got right back to s4-6 with fanfic pandering.
matter of fact they could have done the whole bethcest plot with 1000% less cringe.
the whole dialogue bleeds 'I wanna greenlight my fanfiction'
how much u wanna bet dan harmmon started giving out 'sweet deals' AGAIN

Fair enough, agree to disagree. S6 has been doing it for me so far. Lots of my complaints addressed.

High School Beth! Is there any way we can get support behind a time travel scenario where High School Beth comes to the present and has every female in town cruising her? Maybe a Back to the Future scenario where Summer comes from the present to the past and meets HS Beth who ofc falls in love with her? Or perhaps a de-aged Beth is having everyone make passes at her at Morty's high school.

I think we all kinda agree that Dan Harmon is fully aware of this game and plays it. As this whole episode is littearly a gift wrapped event/story route for the game which is kinda amazing to think about. As the episode is a lot less Meta. And much more 'Let's give them what they want' if you ask me. While i do agree with others ive read that it's a bit of a step back to the cringy family drama stuff of the early seasons.

it's still pretty good for what it offers. Though it does 100% feel like someone wanted to have this in the show before the game did it and or fanfiction did. Not, that that's a bad thing enteirly.

I think by some dialogue he may of joined in. But we didn't see it so it's hard to tell honeslty.

No he joined hundred percent if you listen closely you can hear home Beth getting him involved and space Beth agreeing and being into it thats when morty asked rick to fix the portals, that or he was pleasing himself to it but from what i heard from him during that is not the case.

So not only is the original show way ahead of the porn parody when it comes to incest babies; now they've also caught up to the porn parody on the selfcest? Nightmirror should "fire" ferdafs and contact Harmon directly :)

Rick is totally on my wavelength when he calls it "masturbating".
I mean it's a clone, it's essentially the same person so yeah

I've thought similar with Morty and Morticia. Same with the Summers, and I'm bit surprised/disappointed that we haven't seen the Summers "explore" themselves yet.
