I've put out a very small dialogue update for the ending. You can find links for it below (or in the OP). This also contains a minor quality of life change (End Replay added to quick menu) and a bug fix (crashing on Day 0 when opening the Do Over Menu).

Nah ferals already dropped 3 games before this one. I was wating for him to dropped this one aswell since day 1, he is just a very VERY lazy DEV, and i know saying lazy might sound harsh but this guy was making a lot of money on the early days of his "career"

What file(s) contain them? I can't find a definitive one and it's hard searching through all of them (well, more tedious, but still)

You can find the code in the day_0000.rpy, day_0001.rpy, day_0002.rpy files under "game/scripts/story/" these are just plain text files. Search for "input" and that will take you to the section of the file.
