Are we ever going to see Summer and/or Beth pregnancy content? i mean what is the purpose of talking about bc with Beth if there is no consequences/risks with it?!

There are lots of scenes that "could" be done, and several incomplete plot lines that who knows, maybe Ferdafs will wrap up in the future (or not...)! But I'm not going to take those on...
Unfortunately, continuing any existing stories is outside the scope of work I want/can do for the game. At this point, my only focuses are the epilogue (and I'm already really struggling to move that along at all) and any new content drops from Ferdafs.
To answer the second part of your question, the birth control options main purpose is to tone down pregnancy talk, for players that don't enjoy that sort of dialogue.
But, the dialogue exists mainly for two reasons:
1. I enjoy that sort of talk, and I made the renpy version (originally, at least) just for me, with no intent to share it. But then figured, eh fuck it, a few people might also enjoy this, so I posted it here.
2. The game doesn't really have much pregnancy content (especially with the main cast), and I can't really draw stuff very well, so text and dialogue is the best I could manage...
So... (spoilers):
Yes, I do intend to have pregnancy content in the epilogue for players that go down that path. When is it coming out? No idea. The goal is sometime this year... I hope.

Siiiiiiigh.... This game. So many scenes are difficult to classify. I guess technically it is, but I don't think adding the tag for this one moment, in one scene, that no one notice for, holy fuck 4 years?!...

That's only soft vore, hard vore they can rip you to pieces and chew you up. But since you're right, he's not actually being ingested it's just mouth play not vore.

I'm not sure if the dev will read this, but here goes anyway:
The game is fantastic—there's tons of content, and it's clear that a lot of effort went into it. There are definitely hours and hours of gameplay here, along with some genuinely funny moments and star-worthy content throughout.
That said, I want to be honest. When I saw the "COMPLETE" tag, I got really excited, especially since I’m a big fan of games that include creampie and pregnancy themes. I understand the developer’s reasoning and the responses to some questions about this topic, but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with the lack of pregnancy content involving the main characters. I was really hoping to see characters like Morticia, Beth, Summer, Tricia, and Jessica with visible baby bumps.
Still, even with that personal letdown, I truly appreciate the work you've put into this. Thank you for sharing such a great game with us, and best of luck with this and all your future projects!

The game is complete because it has a conclusion, but (as I've said a whole bunch throughout this thread) it isn't done. The epilogue is still in the works, and it's main feature (if you have chosen the options) is pregnancy (for the main cast (mostly)).
However, the epilogue is going slowly, it is moving forward, just... not quickly. I want it to be done, to truly be completed. But I'll be honest, the whole conclusion has taken a major toll on my excitement for this project and I've found it very, very, very hard to want to spend any more time on the "creative" side of it.
In short, I am not enjoying it. Not a great thing for a project I am doing solely for the enjoyment of it.
(still like porting stuff, that's fun)

) and it was honestly a nightmare. It takes a huge amount of work just to produce something very small.If I may, I’d like to share a few suggestions on the topic of pregnancy in the game—specifically, what makes this theme particularly appealing to me:
The discovery and anticipation: Things like taking a pregnancy test and the emotional reactions around it can be really powerful.
Physical changes: A progression of belly growth throughout the trimesters (first, second, and third) would be a nice detail.
Common symptoms: Including things like morning sickness or cravings (imagine a craving for a "semen breakfast," haha). There's definitely potential for some humor here.
New clothing: As the female body changes, shopping for new outfits can become both a fun experience and an opportunity for sexual or comedic moments—especially if Morty is involved.
Adult breastfeeding: While it’s a bit taboo, I think it’s a topic worth exploring.
Pregnancy sex: This is probably the most interesting and important aspect to explore. It could include things like difficulties with certain positions, body insecurities, seeking reassurance through lingerie, random bursts of arousal leading to spontaneous encounters (even in public), hormonal mood swings that lead to jealousy or unusual requests like mutual masturbation, and so on.
Of course, I have no idea how much work it would take to implement all of this, or even if it’s realistically possible. I imagine it would be a ton of effort. But if you’re ever able to include some of these elements, I think it would make for a truly incredible game—at least from my perspective!
And once again, wishing you the best of luck with your games. Honestly, before even thinking about how good a game is, I care more about whether the dev seems like a good person—and you definitely come across that way. That’s exactly the kind of thing that makes me want to support a project on Patreon.

My main issue is that I'm not an artist. I've done a bunch of writing throughout my life, so I can usually handle that. Coding is second nature to me, so no problems there (renpy isn't really even coding most of the time, just writing with extra steps). But art... my brain simply isn't built for it (no matter how much time/effort I put into it).
Which is primarily why I picked this remake/mod/renpyification project in the first place, I didn't have to draw very much for it. The stuff I have are either edits or traces of existing art (from the game). New scene and stuff, that require new art... well, that's a lot less appealing for me, because my own art isn't very good.
The short answer is sadly, most likely "no" for most of that. Those types of additions are outside the scope of work for this project. If any "lead-up" stuff is going to happen, that would be more on Ferdafs (the original dev of the Unity engine game, from which I have adapted this Renpy mod) to do. Which is not impossible as we have gotten a very (very) few hints at possible impregnation (but, who knows). Or possibly as scene/art contributions from other players. But, not from me.
Again, at this point, the only content I have any focus in making is the Epilogue (or, implmenting new content from Ferdafs), and most of the above unfortuniatly doesn't work for the Epilogue.

Yep, that is currently the only visible pregnancy stuff in the game (as listed in the Genre Details in the OP). What most players are (usually) asking for though is "main girls" sort of stuff.

Okay, I think I see the issue. Renpy has an internal (boolean) variable called "phone" but the game also uses a variable for "phone" which is an object. It's both odd that it hasn't come up before (it's been there for a LONG time, since the game released), and I can't reproduce the issue locally.
Unfortunately, there there is no way for me to patch the problem for android. I'd have to do a full build, bug fix release for it. And I'm not sure when I'll have time to spend hours doing that.

Yes, this is the Windows version and I use Joiplay but I don't know why this happened, because I used to play it, whether it was the original version or the remake, I've forgotten a bit.

I don't have a way to test that, but this patch should work for you. Unzip it into your game folder and overwrite the messager.rpy and rpyc files.
