the enemies are not damage sponges. you can kill them as easily as they kill you. use the light saber.
find those gems scattered about. they increse everything from hp, mp, hearts(different from hp), bombs(free escape), and damage.

To add to what mcnv said, you can make sure that the enemies levels don't increase on game over in the options.
Thus making it at least somewhat simpler if that's what you're really aiming for.

I just realized, if it feels like the game is running at 30 or 16FPS try pressing F5 a couple times until it feels like 60.
Meh, everyone has their own personal tastes after all.
For example, the lack of male humans/humanoids are exactly what i really love about this game.
I mean, i just can't enjoy sexual scenes involving the classic m/f in every erotic product, since the sight of another dude filling a girl ruins everything for me, and the most juicy ideas in certain products saddly invovles only m/f, which makes me loose completely the interest in them.
Call me strange. but i *really* hate to see a another (male) dick or bodies in erotic scenes, since my only focus is toward females.

well,if the MC in those cases is being raped, wounded, devoured or abducted seems fair to be a game over.

it's a valid opinion, for example, I'm pov kinda guy when it comes to porn, and the moment I see a dude's face I'm out immersion is broken I feel like I'm getting cucked. but in the case of this game, it's not real enough nor can I immerse myself as a girl cuz I'm a dude so seeing her get railed by things doesn't bother me since there's no room to self insert into this type of game.
