This game had quite the chance to bekome a real diamond. Realy lovin the style and quality drawing
It's not really an "as of late" thing. Just by their nature, it's unfortunately kind of expected of adult game makers to have either terrible work ethic or terrible work output from external factors.
For one, it's usually a side hobby, with the added pressure of it being a non-socially acceptable hobby, which leaves very little time to be allocated to it if the game maker is a regular member of society with actual jobs for self sustenance. Most of them also are not engineers or software developpers, so they lack the skills to make clean functional games (and it is not just about coding), and they lack the general experience and design/management acumen to scale, estimate, and deliver.
Another main reason is that adult game makers are sometimes (and I would even say most of the time) NOT a "regular member of society" but rather porn addicted coomers (usually self-proclaimed too), which comes with its own set of lack of self discipline and other problematic habits/behaviours.
