Does anyone know how I get the scene I'm missing?

I had the same problem:
I did what I had to do in the walkthrough and i just kept going to the bedroom every night but she still didnt show. So what I did was cheat. I went into the saved data and make it so I 'd seen the event and then watched it in the gallery instead.
What I can say is, the second time that you catch her watching Michelle she did it for me on a Tuesday evening. So either finish everything else for all the other characters and keep going to the evening during the weekday till she shows up, Or go into the saved data and manually change it to say you already seen that event.

that has all of the gallery events already seen(you can do this with the gallery cheat. Don't use the gallery cheat on a game you are trying to play through. it will mess things up and you will miss events). Then upload a save file of you most recent save. Then look at all the values that are different. In this case go to the one that says something like "Bell peeps on michelle first time". Then change that from a 0 to a 1. put that saved file into your saves folder and then check your gallery to see if it worked or you changed a different event by accident. Note: on this website you can't upload multiple saves too many times in a row. Just upload the complete save, and then your latest save to see comparison. If you do too many you will have to wait a few minutes unless you donate money and are a member.
