The quality of graphics, animations, and sounds are lower.
Indeed. Yet we must point that your average VN imagines size is gigantic. Even too much. We you get it back with something proportionate to the screen resolution, you don't lose much as percieved quality of the images.

Hello fellow gamers, had a question:

I haven't played this yet, and I see they did an "Episode 1 Remaster".

What type of quality increases are we speaking about, should I wait until they remaster more, or are the rest good enough already?

Only the first chapter was remastered to be at the same quality level of the other chapters, you can play it without a worry the rest is ok. :)

Noticed that when MC goes to the 50's diner in 1999, it's said they only have Pepsi, but when we see Luna standing at the counter, you see Coca Cola on the menu on the wall.

How to install patch for android?
Generally speaking, you don't. I won't say it's impossible (I'm not an android expert), but every other game Ihave gotten in APK form is not patchable in my experience. You would have an easier time using JoiPlay and then install the patch the same way you would on PC.

It's possible it was still called that on the product, but people didn't say it ...
Oh I see. It's like people at the time not wanting to admit they listened to Britney Spears, yet every single guy had at least a small hard on due to her teen pornstar look at her debut. And her songs weren't bad imo.

I don't recall correctly, since I was still a kid, but wasn't Pepsi branded as Pepsi-Cola at the time?
Nah. The word "Cola" hasn't featured prominently in Pepsi marketing in the US since the late '70s, with the exception of the "Pepsi-Cola Made with Real Sugar" product and other limited-time nostalgia can and bottle designs. I've seen the word Pepsi-Cola appear, either stylized or normal font, very small on the back near the ingredient or bottler information.

I'm ... not really sure how this is a valid comparison. That's like saying "most people calling sneakers 'shoes' is like all those people that believe Kubric filmed the lunar landing in a studio."

To be fair, the image that prompted this is from the mid 70s ... but I still stand by the idea that most people (at least in my neck of the woods) didn't usually SAY Pepsi-Cola, especially in the setting from that skit, which is also playing off the fact that many people of the time said "coke" regardless of what type of cola they wanted, if they even cared about the brand. "Coke" was (and for many still is) like saying "Klenex" ... it's synonymous with the type of drink as much as it is the brand.

ahh, I thought we were talking about when MC goes to the diner in 1999, my mistake. Pepsi-Cola would have still been on some cans and bottles in the early years of SNL for sure. Yea, I've very rarely heard anyone call a Pepsi a Pepsi-Cola and only occasionally seen it on a menu that way.
I'm with ya. I definitely order a "coke" wanting a cola regardless if it's a Pepsi or Coke. Just like when I ask someone to hand me my "dremel", they know I want my rotary tool, even though it's a Milwaukee.

Apparently "Pepsi" dropped "Cola" as the official name in 1961. Folks that grew up with that name (my parents, for example) may have continued calling it "Pepsi Cola" well after that, but most people just shortened it (like "Coke" for "Coca Cola").

But Dr Pepper has always been "Dr Pepper" - and, no, I didn't spell it wrong: it's a masculine drink and doesn't have a period. ;)

Going to disagree strongly with you here, amigo. Not once have I ever found Spears appealing. The moment ahe appeared on the scene she looked like so much plastic I couldn't stand her.

Christina Aguilera, on the other hand...
