If you need to imagine you're porking your daughters, you do you man. Just saying, there's plenty of games that cater to that much more directly if it's what works for you. Not every peg needs to be mashed through the same hole.

Leaving aside questions of original intent and such, "Tiffany is your mom" (and therefore Jessica your sister) and "Skylar is your daughter," at least, would fit smoothly into the story. Tiffany is already a mother-like figure to MC, change a few lines of dialogue, all good. That means dialogue with Jenny needs to change too, and I frankly don't care for how that was done (at least as it appeared in her scene at the end of 0.8 using the I-patch linked in the OP), but that's an implementation detail.
wrt Skylar, if Cindy hadn't cock-blocked MC, he and Luna would have gotten together. Fast-forward 20 years, Luna has a 19-year-old daughter. All that has to happen there (other than writing and rendering yet another scene for the already-massive party) is for Cindy to come in about 15 minutes later.
Sure, there are plenty of games that are more explicit about the incest, but the time-travel aspect of this one adds an interesting twist. And there are at least two sets of relationships (Tiffany/Jenny/Jessica and Luna/Skylar) where it could easily fit the story we're seeing.

If the MC doesn’t have a solid emotional connection with Jenny/Tiffany, then their drive to “save” Jenny at the start of the story won’t hit as hard. I’m not saying every girl needs some taboo element, but why not throw in a little familial link just for MC/Jenny/Tiffany/Jessica? And honestly, for a time-travel porn game, hinting at a bit of taboo—grandfather paradox, that kind of stuff—feels pretty natural, doesn’t it? They kind of enhance each other.
