That's one of the most common theories here, but it's not confirmed at this point. Personally, I think that the masked guy is MC from the future, but it could be either one, or perhaps both.

Well, it doesn't have a harem tag. So far, though, it's pretty much a harem, though there's the obvious logistical impossibility of having the 1999 girls and the 2019 girls at the same time. The only thing missing is the LIs' awareness--some of them are aware MC's with some of the others, but none are aware he's with all of them (though I think many of them are aware of more than they've specifically said, and Riley probably knows at least about most of them).
There's also no NTR tag, and given how violently some people react to things that look anything like NTR, we'd probably have a full violent revolution if it were to show up. So even if we were to travel into the future, I don't think we'd see that--at most, we'd see (or infer) that they had been with someone else, but now he's gone (just as we see/suspect for the 1999 LIs in 2019).
I also don't think we're going into the future, at least not by very far or for very long, for a few reasons:
- Time travel forward doesn't do much for the plot
- It doesn't introduce the kinds of paradoxes and other weirdness that going backward does
- It doesn't help MC figure out what happened to his father
- It doesn't help MC stop the accident
- It requires Jestur to expand the already-too-large cast of characters
- If Jestur doesn't expand the cast, we get the same girls, but older
- I don't think that's going to be all that attractive to most people, nor give us anything we don't already have
- If you want MILFs, you already have them in 2019--Scarlett, Tiffany, Luna, maybe Val (I don't recall if she has kids, but she's at least the "older woman"). And you're getting it on with them and (at least some of) their daughters at the same time, so there's that.
- You even have a 60-year-old in 2019 to get it on with, if that's your thing (admittedly, she looks amazing for 60).
- Unless, as I suggested earlier, you're going to try to conquer three generations (though you can do that in 2019, if Jestur wants the story to go there--Jackie, Gabby, and Darci). But then we're back to Jestur creating even more characters, if it happens this way.

Because the event still happened in her past, even if you haven't experienced it at that time yet. It's not like she was suspended in a void until you got back to 2019.
Particularly when those who react most strongly to it also tend to have the broadest definitions of it. I'm no fan of the concept, but don't really have a problem with "I don't see her for 20 years, during which time she's been with, and left, someone else." Though I still think Luna getting over MC must have happened awfully quickly.
...and why would MC necessarily have experienced it? Darci was off on her own for a while.

Let say some of the fans are already pissed off by the incest element being removed since 0.6 update(I think), cause I think there are quite a number of fans playing this game because of the time travel incest complicated relationship. However, I can't be 100% sure what the future hold for this game.

Right, but they still traveled together. That scene is before going back for the party, so it's something the player hasn't seen yet but still happened in Scarlett's past.

So where is the problem, then? It happened to Scarlett in 1999. She's looking at the picture in 2019. That MC, in his timeline, hadn't seen it happen at the time Scarlett looks at the picture really shouldn't be a problem, should it?

Development Progress Update #79
Hello Patrons,
I hope you're all doing well. Everything is good on my front. The weather has been getting cold, and we had our first snow here, but the last couple of days have been nice and sunny fall days. Going for my morning walks is getting harder and harder to do as the weather gets colder and colder.
Work on Episode 9 has progressed as normal. I had to take off one or two days due to appointments and other personal things, but progress has been good. I thought I would be done with all of Jessica's scenes by now, but I'm still finishing up the last one. She has several scenes and a few more depending on the choices made in the game. As I was working on her scenes, I extended and added more to them because I either felt the scene flowing in that direction and/or I got a good idea and wanted to add it, which is common for me to do in my writing process. As I'm getting to the end of the last one, I can see it's turning out great.
Next, I'll be moving on to scenes with Tiffany. Which I'm excited to start. And following that, I have scenes with Darci, followed by an ending story scene with a big reveal. So I'm now more than halfway finished with the update and hoping I can get it out a lot faster than I did with Ep8. Currently, I have around 822(+171) renders and 62(+22) animations finished.
