Yeah, and if it was only at the end of the game, you didn't even have to see the girls born yet, leaving things open to interpretation maybe, but don't think Patreon would notice.
Still if I was Jestur I would play safe on whatever Patreon might assume is incest.

That would be one solution (and one that I thought of), but it's a rather dark one, given that you are erasing two lives.
