As much Jestur wants to please everyone, keep in mind that unfortunely many devs are forced to avoid due Patreon obligations. I'm not stating it is his case, neither want to force him to pronounce about it, since or it can provoke issues with the platform, or will always make some unhappy because he can't fulfill those wishes.
I'm not trying to be rude towards you btw, simply this discussion was already made in several games on this platform for the same reasons, and in the same way I don't like others to force kinks I don't like in games that I like a lot, I also understand that people want that the same applies to them.
As said above, with time that will arrive. In the meantime let's just be thankful we have a great game made by a very humble and hard working guy, who keeps engaging with the community and his fans, and always provides stellar updates, even if the bases of these forums are around piracy. I try to support or even incentivate to support games that I like, as well others, but at the same time, many don't.
Respectfully, it isn't fair to the dev to keep this discussion on every release and put him against the wall because in a way he will go against the ToS of the platform that gives him money, and in the other he will always make someone unhappy for not being able to provide that. Just wait for the fan patch, and as for the dev, be also thankful for the people who spend their effort and free time on it.

I think it boils down to trying to milk their donors. I'm pretty certain they believe that once they give the people what they want, they'll stop donating to their games. Alternatively they could be listening to those people who go, 'oh I prefer slow burns.' which is stupid and untrue. The only people who don't want to get sex out of the way when they're really into someone in real life are either super-religious, low libido, previously traumatized or confused about their sexuality, not exactly the people who I think would be the most numerous consumers of nsfw games.
While I can understand in a prologue throwing in a rando to have content, I really dislike throwing in zero personality characters one after another to have the nsfw content so they can keep the 'slow burn' going with the main LI(s).
It also could be they think they'll get the interest in the tension of an ambiguous relationship, but this isn't television drama, nor is the writing of most of these games very good, or in at least half of them even fluid english. I think I can actually count on 1 hand the number of VNs that are actually well-written stories of which the nsfw content is just a bonus. For the vast majority of these stories: Shakespeare, they are not.
TL;DR
They think that slowly dripping out the content people want will make them subscribe longer.

For that matter, it's been unsubtly hinting since the start that most if not all of the girls he's into in the present day are his daughters from his time-travel adventure. You can't really take that all the way out of the story at this point.

That would mean the past girls are forced on us and we can't choose not to sex them. That would be disappointed. I think it's ambiguous on purpose because they can be or they can not be our daughters.
And if none of the girls are our daughter (if we fucked their mother in the past) it would be even more disappointing, because the story hints at it. Meaning the dev is very scared of patreon’s censorship.

In my opinion Jestur needs to stop adding more girls as we have so many already and focus more on the plot and relationship build up with the main girls like Luna,Tiffany etc. The party scene kinda took too long and with the adding of new girls makes the relationship build up with the main girls kinda getting halted because of it.
