That being said, I don't think she should trust us if this really was our last encounter with her in 1999, think about it: Yes we can tip her and there is this connection she has with us which she believes in which works in our favor, but against us there is evidence of us stealing those documents, there is evidence of us stealing her panties. She knows we lied and its not like we have been doing a good job covering our identities in 1999, and about us accusing Cindy with the missing girls, well they said her group was a lot of influence, I believe they are probably covering everything up the media could perfectly tell a different story about her being lost or something they are probably threatening Darci's mom in the present.

Even if we have the full context of everything, Luna doesn't so I could understand her believing what Cindy has said even if I believe she would still give us a chance to explain if we were still around.

But like I said before this is if we really don't see anymore of her in these 20 years gap, which honestly I think it's unlikely as I do think there are more people in 2019 that knows something.

It's best to just ignore the whole question of who the father of these girls could be, don't ask, don't mention, just ignore it.
I think wanting to know who the girls' father is, is looking for problems where there are none.

I believe Ripples was originally planned to be incest, when it was released the incest taboo was at its peak, but since it isn't anymore, I don't think we need to care about it that much, whoever these girls' father is doesn't seem relevant to the story.

And about Luna and Skylar, considering Skylar is the same age as Jessica, then either Luna is pregnant, or will be soon, and after what happened, maybe she ends up going back to her ex and getting pregnant, that's why he's the only father mentioned so far.

You forget the biggest thing: We are involved with very dangerous people, with guns and power, who don't hesitate to break the law. Why would she want herself or her daughter involved in that mess?

Luna's had money problems since we met her in 1999, maybe that's why she ended up with a dealer? Good money? You don't have to be a bad guy to be a dealer. Skylar also wouldn't necessarily know what her dad did out of the house, or believe it if she loved him. Not saying he was a dealer, but I wouldn't rule it out, either.

I don't think her father (or any of the fathers except ours) are gonna be important for the story or even show up.
The only thing we are going know at some point is if he is actually a dealer which would probably move Luna / Skylar from him and reopen Luna's route or if he is just like they say an innocent man this would mean that the bad guys have put him in jail maybe to blackmail Luna to control her like they are doing with Khloe / Krystal.
