Correct. It's expected that this is going to resolve in due course, but either way you'll miss a little bit of content with the other one.
None, and neither does this one. There are places (the party that consumes all of 0.8 comes to mind) where you'll make choices affecting which content you'll see (you can't see all the lewds at that party without playing through a number of times, or using a mod), but none of the paths are mutually exclusive.
There's also the Shelby or Daphne modeling thing, think you have to opt for one and if I remember correctly lose a scene with the other.

That would be interesting, but I don't think it would be possible (for some LIs, at least) due to the incest issue. Can't settle down with 1999 Scarlett because MC could have slept with her daughters in 2019, for example (Although I think you can only have sex with one of them currently).
