Probably not because if they don't apply a mod well, how can they delete it well? Best advice is "try to install a fresh unmodded game and check". Better than suggest them to delete something they not sure what to delete. This is one of the reasons I always keep the installation zip file until I'm done with an update or when try a new game, but I have plenty of drive space, not everyone does.

Still if someone says a route isn't opening after they done everything correctly I would assume it would be a mod, not a specific mod, or else why isn't working? A bug?

A corrupted installation zip file for example. I got, very rarely bad downloads that messed up script files or even images missing and got them after trying other download link. But that is like once in several hundreds or thousand.

Risk relationship keeps you on Skylar route/scenes, but you "risk" Jessica relationship, that is probably why you not getting a few scenes with her. But it is just some scenes, it won't leave the route close forever for what I understood, I'm not sure because never played that path, always went with the "both" mod option and I can assure you are able to unlock 100% of the gallery with it if is your wish.

And the mod if is the LightmanP multimod isn't the problem, stop blaming mods, at least this one. Actually the mod have a "both" option that allow you to see both Skylar and Jessica content and it works 100%.

Going to do a FF run using the BOTH choice and see if it works

That is really weird because I looked at the code on both non-both choices with URM and the variables set seem correct, all that was added is the same mod variable but setting as it as false if I remember correctly. Opening Ripples to put a screenshot here of it, I'll edit the post after.

Just checked and the code to trigger the scenes in episode 6 are fine, if you risk Jessica relationship (first option) you don't get both gallery scenes, if you don't risk it (2nd choice) they trigger and same if use the both option.

So no idea what was going wrong with your playthrough lol maybe you went with the the 1st option instead of the 2nd? Did you went further with Skylar with the option on that scene? If so (and not used the both option) of course you don't get those 2 Jessica episode 6 gallery scenes.

Here are the 2 triggers, if you risk the relationship with Jessica you get SkylarRisk variable instead of the JessicaRisk variable and won't trigger the scenes of course. LightmanP added their mod variable to the equation, simple and effective with a "or" as a logical operator.

If so I'll miss the more bubbly energetic version of Scarlett but the 2019 Scarlett probably lose some but win some, like experience/wisdom and better in bed . I still prefer older versions of LIs but understand the appeal of the younger ones.
Nothing gained nothing lost, it is still Scarlett the fiery redhead most of us love .

Life experience, sure, 20 years' worth. Wisdom, presumably--that often comes with the life experience. Better in bed? Well, obviously she's been with someone other than MC (because he just can't be the twins' father), but how long has it been? I don't think Alyssa's said word one about her father, and it doesn't seem like Scarlett would be dating a whole lot with young kids. By the time we meet her in 2019, she's alone and nostalgic for MC. Hot as 1999 Scarlett is, I don't think 2019 Scarlett has gotten much action for a long time, which would work against the "better in bed" assumption.

Very much so. Short answer: with what we've seen so far, it isn't possible for any of them. If he time-travels again (e.g., in 2020, he goes back to 2000, or he's just sent back to 2000), it might be possible, but we'll never see clearly that this is the case. But given that Jestur actively precluded MC from getting it on with Luna in the last update, I expect that even if he does find himself in 2000, it'll be made clear that he could not have knocked up Khloe/Scarlett/Gabby in that time.

Nostalgic but it didn't prevent her to have a children with someone else not long after in 2000. And she was already pretty great in bed in 1999, so not much "experience" to gain
