Hard to take you seriously when you're describing a game as ¨garbage¨ in its own thread.
Ripples is made with Honey Select, a japanese game, not with DAZ (just like Eternum, Pale Carnations and That New Teacher). Now, go and look for adult games that are more to your tastes, since HS ones aren't for you. Off you go, tasteless pervert.

well i like the game, a bit too much waffling conversation at times, like i know where this is going just get to the point a bit quicker!!!! but the asian type faces dont do really do it for me. great storyine cant wait for the next update. nowt wrong with hearing peoples opinions and its the people who shoot them down for having them that are pretty sad in my eyes.

I know they mean the animated aesthetic when they say this but every time people call HS characters "Asian types" it makes me cackle.

I personally never liked HS2 games, I even refunded the HS2 Libido DX or whatever it was from Steam a couple of years ago (enjoyed Koikatsu Party better). I didn't become a real fan of HS2 until Harem Hotel, then Cosy Cafe and now Ripples and That New Teacher, so nearly half my VN library now is HS2-based games, but I much prefer DAZ over it.
I mean there's like a ton of Sims porn/adult mods.
Sometimes preview pictures aren't the best. I'm not a huge fan some of the character models, like when I tried making a signature of a bunch of LIs from various games, this game's part of the sig looked out of place even with the other games that use Honey Select. But anyway I liked some of the previews enough to try the game. It wasn't just the good things I heard about the game that got me to try it.
I don't remember thinking that the characters looked weird while playing the game (besides maybe Krystal's haircut). Maybe I was enamored by the character dialogue and story most of the time. Or maybe I like the game's artstyle when not comparing it to others.

Cosy Cafe, at least, is HS2. Don't remember the others off the top of my head.

Ripples and PC are HS1 and the best ones on that engine, HH also HS1 but quit that long ago because have no patience for sandbox games in such an old game, and to get into it in the middle of development and to get into the storyline is simply a chore of clicks on itself lmao. CC and TNT are clearly HS2.

Well it is easy to mistake because Ripples and PC are so well pos produced and polished that they seem at HS2 "level". You notice from the models but mostly on the assets/environment, they are rawer hehe but so well edited/photoshoped in those 2 games that they seem HS2.Shows you what I know
