When i talk to the priest in the inn, then i have no chance to tell him i found a new place. i got only the message that it will take some time and then he will contact me again.
With erin i have to deal with the church first and the demon queen.
I went there, i checked some but was curious. because there was a worker strike it was ended and i talked withe guy and the boss and in the trackroom it says its not completed.

I download the uncompressed from newest version and I starting from beginning again so fresh download new file because I try using my old save from previous version and got the same error that's why I think I should start a new game

you need to complete the noble and relogious questline to advance character progression, and you need at least erina level 4 to seal the deal with the demon queen. you need to talk with bogthos firsy to make make the decision.
the quest "help ferox" cannot be completed because is still ongoing, but if you have done all the 4 tasks in the game when you warn him of the deal he said to be able to ambush the queen force without reveal your agreement.
so the best choice at the moment seem after completing the four tasks warn him and give yuma his position.

Regarding the quest: I was just doing the "Foundations" quest.
The nun Airi has already arrived at the bar, and the priest Caecilius asks if I'm ready for his questions about a new religion. I hadn't yet accepted this.
If you walk back into the Meeting Room, does Yukako say anything? If not, you might have to do some other quests before you can get to that point related to the Nobility/Hikari. I'm not totally sure what the dependencies are.
Is the nun still at the camp outside your new capital?
You have to talk to Bogthos to make the actual decision in-game. If you have finished converting the one settlement and done the religious stuff in your new capital, you should only need to talk to Bogthos in the Meeting room to do that. Note that if you haven't done all of Ferox's side-missions (there are 4), if you try to warn him he just up and leaves and you have to let The Demon Queen see Erina's corruption no matter what.

Yes. That quest doesn't update properly, and that wording is referring to their combined corruption event previously. You are on "Wait for another option to corrupt her" right now. Yuma gets corrupted very, very slowly, and it is not done by the end of the current content.

you are not at the end of the content, go in the tracker room [castle bedroom -> mirror -> tracker room] and check the quest status. the tracker had a few little bugs, but it's functionant, this should point you where the quests are.
