If you've already corrupted Miyu (elf goddess) to the first level, then you have to do a quest first related to a corrupt mayor siphoning off the top. After you do that, you'll unlock her initial corruption event.

It should show up automatically after you talk to the mayor in that quest. If it's not showing up in the elven kingdom overworld map, you can post your save, and I'll see if there's a bug causing this.
Check the progress tracker room. You should have a spell to go to the room, and it can also be accessed in the player bedroom by interacting with the mirror. That has a list of all quests, corruption routes, and steps on how to start and complete them. If the progress tracker room says the quest should show up or progress after doing what it tells you to, and it still doesn't start, you can post your save, and I'll see if there's a bug causing this.
The quest "Elven Zealot" isn't working for me, the next step is telling me to talk to Miyu in the church of the elven capital, but she is still in the dungeon.

i read "deal with the zealots outiside the castle" not talking with miyu.
in any case use the tracker room (MC skill) and check here, it's a lot more precise and accurate.
"Talk to Miyu" was what the tracker room told me but she is not there, and I already beat the guys in front of the castle.

Turns out I haven't done the ultimatum mission, after doing it the missing records mission shows up and Bogthos wants to talk, but doesn't say anything, Bogthos please talk to me don't be scared
Anyway here is the save
That quest is still ongoing. If you have corrupted Yuma in your bedroom scene, you've done all you can do on that quest in the current build of the game.
The quest log is notoriously finicky and unreliable. I recommend checking the content tracker room in the bedroom (one of the options in the mirror), which was added to address that fact and should tell you what quests are active, which depend on eachother, and what you have to do next to progress any currently active.
