A lot of people don't equate sex for fun with love. MC and Cora certainly seem to be those kind of people.
Do they tho? Because Cora is obviously suspicious that MC is cheating on her and basing on her thoughts, she is not ok with it.
It's not an excuse. What she did was wong. And if she were the only one who cheats I would be less sympathetic. But let's get real here: we are playing an erotic game to see MC having sex with different women and most of us are flirting with every female Rick sees. Most of the players would already cheat on Cora given the chance and probably thought that one of those flirting options would lead to sex. And yet it's Cora who gets all the hate. That's sheer hypocrisy.
Of course. No one likes to be cheated on. But that's not because of the sex part in that case. The problem lies in the breach of trust. Cora wouldn't mind his cheating if she would have her husband permission to cheat on him as well.
First of all "Most" doesn't mean all. And what's with this hypocrisy talk? Rick is the MC, most of the time we are seeing through his pov so of course players will hold different standards to him then to other characters. You are acting like being hypocrite is this terrible thing and because of that my opinion doesn't matter. I'm gonna say again, everyone is a hypocrite. Btw you indirectly calling me hypocrite means you are a hypocrite unless you've never done anything hypocritical in your life, which is impossible let's be honest. So you're basically holding double standards, the same thing you are acusing people who don't like Cora of.

It isn't terrible, but it leads to unfairness and, simply put, unjust descisions. And your opinion matters as much as everyone elses. I'm not judging, by the way.
And this is just an attempt to shift the theme of conversation with current of bad arguments. If you don't want to talk about it, then don't.
If memory serves from when I last played, I believe the MC indicated that they both slept around before getting married and since agreed not to. So any cheating during the game is at MC discretion for both characters.
