Since some people expressed the opinion that Viktor's “club” is rather unsuitable/unrealistic in terms of size and I then shared this opinion, I made some changes. I hope my changes are to everyone`s satisfaction or at least acceptable!
Here are two of the renders of the modified version of Viktor's “club” (and some texture improvements) and two of the old one for comparison.

Yes.
Jessy start as a total lesbian (just look at Kzero91 avatar ).
She only expresses interest in women.
At some time in the game, you can choose if she could also have interest in men, or not.
So as far as i know, she can become bi or remain lesbian.
Also there is a trans girl. You can pursue her in both path.

I just play your game and I enjoy it a lot so far.
I like how a lot of kinks seem avoidable.

I'm just curious how the dom/sub thing works in your game. I generally end with dom FMC, not because I want to dominate, but just because I like to play strong girls that can stand for themselves (and others they care for).
So does dom here imply humiliation and things like that?

The game is pretty good for a first version, and it has just the right length .

I wanted to report two typos that I saw at first glance, in the bus stop Steve's son is called Jack, but then they keep calling him Jake, I don't know if the names are synonyms, but they can be confusing if you alternate them.

The second typo I noticed is in the fetish choices at the end, one of the options for urination says "Passiv" instead of "Passive".

I wasn't expecting that ending at all, I thought it was supposed to be the story of a rebellious girl full of problems and her adventures.

What do you think about the demon and the succubus at the end? Do you think they will add supernatural content to the game?
The demon could be used to make the 10k appear out of nowhere, and the "uncle" should know that what he is asking for is not sustainable in the long run .

That's a really good idea, if you've chosen Monster as your kink, the Succubus could make Jessy an offer she can't refuse because she needs the money...

This is definitely something, lol. I'm still in the after effects of experiencing this game, but overall I love the foundation set. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here. I hope it's not too ambitious with it's choices so early in the game, but I definitely want to see more.
